Suited up before jumping off the Auckland Tower

People travel for different reasons and it's my mission to ensure they aren't disappointed in the trips they entrust me to help create.  I take a bit of an empathetic approach in my planning.  After a brief consultation, I plan my client's journey as if it's a trip that I'll be taking.  Keeping your budget, desires and expectations in mind while I work to create your vacation. 

As a specialist I had to complete and pass all mandated tourism boards courses.  As well, I continue my education with regular destinations trainings.  I also find networking with various tour operators and other travel suppliers beneficial so I am up to date on such things as new tours and special offers that could be of interest to my clients.  My networking is done with office visits, webinars and attending trade shows and conferences.  However, I feel that in order to give my client's true guidance I need to experience a country myself.  So, I visit each of the countries I focus on as regularly as possible. 

One of my greatest joys is hearing from my client's after they've returned home telling me how much they enjoyed their travels.  I hope to one day have such a conversation with you.
