I'm Marissa, Owner of Simply Love Travel, an independent Travel Agency based in California.

At 19 I planned my first beach vacation for myself. I had never been out of my hometown before this and spent hours researching where to stay, where go eat, and the top things to do and see. I became instantly hooked, not only with traveling itself but with the trip planning process as well. Since that first trip to the small beach town of Santa Cruz I have developed a love of all things travel and have visited many beautiful destinations.

I started Simply Love Travel Agency in 2022 to share my passion for travel and use my travel planning experience to craft the perfect vacation for my clients. I can plan your next adventure to any destination worldwide however, my personal favorite trips are to tropical destinations like the Caribbean, Mexico, Belize, the Hawaiian Islands, and Ocean Cruises.

This was truly the best trip of my life

She gave us the best advice to start our journey on the East Coast staying one night before traveling on to Portugal. The accommodations she made for the Azores islands were perfect. My 40th Birthday Trip

Marissa listened to everything I wanted in my trip and made it all happen. From changing our departure city to helping us book transportation and an excursion, she was available to us when we needed her. She even put notes in our bookings that it was my birthday trip so staff would know we were celebrating! She was quick to respond, thorough, honest, and all around a great agent.

Facilitated a phenomenal vacation!

Responsive, attentive and direct. Initially I was not able to obtain the destination/resort vision I had in my mind but with Melissa's work ethic and several back and forth email exchanges, She presented me with exactly my dream vacation. Melissa nailed all the boxes I had requested in our initial discussion via phone. She then continued to present options to me until I found the ideal resort. Melissa listened to my requests and stayed in the budget requested. She also gave recommendations from prior clients that she shared to help me make an informed decision. Melissa tracked my airline while I was in the air, and as my plane was diverted reached out to assess as to why the next day . First class service! She is always responsive to emails within a very timely manner. I will continue to use her services for my family's needs.
