Elizabeth planned a great, customized trip for my husband and me to Poland and Belgium. The many moving parts (accommodations, flight, day tours, transportation pick-ups, etc.) all went very smoothly and we were extremely pleased with everything she planned for us. She stayed within our budget and was very responsive to our many questions and any changes we requested. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting assistance with their travel plans.

New Zealand & Australia Trip

James and I had a wonderful time and it went by way too quickly! We absolutely LOVED NZ!! I think Queenstown was our favorite! All of the excursions were wonderful with the exception of “sunrise breakfast” in Uluru. We could’ve done without the breakfast, but the experience was great!
All of the transfers, connections, and accommodations went very smoothly, without a hitch! Overall, we both appreciate all that you did to accommodate our wishes! It truly was worth it! Thank you so very much!

All over Poland trip!

Liz was very helpful in reserving our hotels, tour guides and transportation. My cousin and I basically designed our trip in terms of locations and dates. Then we handed the schedule over to Liz. We had a very full trip with an aggressive timetable and Liz was able to make the needed accommodations on the dates we requested. Liz was very responsive with advice and recommendations as well. I know that without her help, we would have been beyond stressed. Liz will definitely take care of your travel needs with very detailed attention! Thank you, Liz!!

A trip to Poland with my son

Elated Travel gave us the perfect trip. It would be very difficult to come up with anything they could improve on. Very easy planning with plenty of wonderful options, great suggestions, and an amazing level of detailed planning. We always dreamed of exploring Poland, a wonderful destination, and with Elated’s help we saw things that we would have never thought of. The service was so over the top that they even helped arrange for our daughter to run a 10k in Poland, something I had been trying to arrange for months with no success. We will definitely be using them for our future travel.

The tour went well and the folks you used were all on time and dependable. Bridget in Vienna and Haiko in Berlin were both fantastic guides who showed knowledge and passion for their work. Hotel in Berlin was great and the other ones, were in excellent locations and friendly staff.

Memorable Australia & New Zealand vacation

We had an absolutely memorable family vacation in Australia/New Zealand. All the places we went to had their own charm and beauty. Cairns, Queenstown & Franz Josef were the highlights of our trip. We took the heli tour at Franz Josef – it was fantastic. We also took the Queenstown gondola in the evening, did the Luze rides, then the dinner looking down at a Queenstown at night. Great way to wrap up our trip. Thanks a lot for helping us plan this trip – without your help, we simply couldn’t have gone.

Had a great New Zealand, 7 week trip. Hiking, diving, Mountain parasailing, Mountain racing. Lots of great hiking on south and north island. I would definitely use Elated Travel again, Great to work with.

The Best Travel Agent Ever

Elisabeth does an incredible job. My wife and I have some health issues and therefore traveling isn't necessarily straightforward. Elizabeth interviewed us and asked a variety of questions concerning our likes and dislikes but also about our traveling anxieties and issues to avoid. We've used her now a couple of times and her involvement made a good trip into a great trip. There's so much I could say but it would overwhelm this little review comment "box".
