I had never been on a cruise ship or to Alaska. Jeanette created an easy process from beginning to end. She explained the reservations, flights, daily events, advice on packing, challenges with weather, excursions, ship activities and food. My real concern was food. I have a dietary issue. Jeanette assured my needs were met. When I dined the first time on the ship, the staff was already aware and made the accommodations every meal before I got there. Jeanette made the flights, land excursions and the ship experience flawlessly accommodating. I was worried and quickly realized she thought of everything. She’s a blessing

Jeanette was great to work with in planning a cruise for our daughter's senior trip. We were first time cruisers and she was very helpful in all areas from setting up our cruise app to hotels, flights, and our 7 day cruise. She is cognizant of price points we were trying to stay within and knew areas we could save. As soon as we got off the cruise our girls were ready to plan our next trip.

I have a large family with kids and step kids and we weren’t sure who would go and who wouldn’t and she helped with every change!
