We recently returned from what can only be described as the best trip of our lives, and it’s all thanks to Julie Roeding. From the very beginning, every detail was handled with care, expertise, and a genuine understanding of what we were hoping to experience. Our trip to Costa Rica was perfectly curated—every hotel, excursion, and transfer felt seamless and thoughtfully chosen. We were able to experience a beautiful mix of adventure and relaxation- from zip lining, white water rafting, exploring rainforests and spotting wildlife to enjoying breathtaking beaches and amazing local cuisine. It was clear that Julie truly knows the destination inside and out. What stood out most was how stress-free the entire process was. We didn’t have to worry about a single detail during our trip. Everything ran smoothly, and even when we had small questions along the way, we received prompt and helpful support. This wasn’t just a vacation—it was a perfectly crafted experience that exceeded all of our expectations. We’re so grateful for the time, effort, and passion that went into planning it. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Julie again and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a truly memorable travel experience.

It was the little things that really made a difference. 1)The seat selection on the airplanes- we were Delta comfort plus, but we've never had so much leg room! I would not have known that these particular seats on these particular type of aircraft had extra legroom. My husband was ecstatic. 2)Picking Sorrento as home base for the majority of the trip. I had not heard of Sorrento, but it was the perfect starting of point to Capri, the Amalfi coast, and Pompeii. And it was a wonderful town on it's own! 3) The packet of information/App. Julie sent us a binder with all information on the airlines/hotels/trains/tours/transfers. It was so nice to have it printed and in one place. The App had all the same information, but accessible from your phone. So convenient! Thank you Julie for putting together such a wonderful trip for us!

Julie is so patient and fun to work with! She listens and understands the needs of my groups. We had some unexpected changes from the airlines and she helped us get back to our original plans with ease. Thanks, Jules!

You don't realize the size of Alaska till you get there. Our group of six started planning over a year out. Julie answered our questions in a timely manner. We did a land tour, followed by a cruise from Anchorage to Vancouver. She really helped with the land portion. Our tours were great, the accommodations were just what we needed. She gave us choices according to our price range. She helped guide us through what to expect with the cruise. This two week adventure went off without a hitch. An awesome itinerary put together by Julie tweaked by us, created a great vacation.

Private transfer from Airport to Hotel was a good idea. The driver, professional and the car new and clean. The Hotel "Hilton Carlton" just on the royal mile was lovely. Quite room. Breakfast included and dinning room nice. A little expensive but worth it. We spent two days in Edinburgh. I was surprise at the number of people along the royal mile almost shoulder to shoulder. We saw all the main attractions and recommend getting tickets to them in advance. No problem getting train tickets at kiosk at Waverly station. In fact we walked with our luggage from hotel to Waverly. The train trip took 8 hrs from Edinburgh via Stirling, Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh. Note there was no food service along the way and no time to hop off train to grab something at one of the stations - so bring a box lunch. The driver who met us at Kyle of Lochalsh station and took us to Duisdale Hotel would not accept credit cards! That put us in a quandary as we had not enough pounds and he would not accept USD. Agreed to pay him when he would pick us up on our return. Later we learn from other drivers that it is a requirement for private drivers and taxis to accept credit - it's just that some driver insist on cash! Duisdale Hotel - lovely quiet professional hotel. Again a bit expensive but well worth it. Breakfast and Dinners were great. Our private driver the first day "Ally" was absolutely great. He made the day for us. It was well worth the expense of lining him up (Thanks Julie!) We were three days of the Isle of Skye which is enough to see all the main attractions. Our boat ride was cancelled because of the weather. We left Isle of Skye on Thursday to return by train to Edinburgh (again an all day trip). The weather was stormy Thursday which didn't affect the train but NOTE the Ferrys from nearby mainland were cancelled! So if one had to leave to Isle as we did on that day and one had scheduled a Ferry they would have been stuck. Great trip.

I wish we could have spent more time on “tourist activities” and less time on shopping.

Arrangements were made with our wishes kept in mind. We asked for a few changes and Julie helped to make them happen. Julie was easy to contact and got back to us with answers as quickly as possible. The tours were on time and the guides were excellent.

We had a great time! Julie was so amazing to work with and made our trip worry free! We will definitely be using her for all our future travels!

Julie did an exceptional job of planning a wonderful family vacation for us in Ireland, Highly recommend her and Prestige!! We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and are grateful for her partnership.

I came to Julie with a combination of requests that had to be challenging for her. My husband and I wanted to combine a visit with our son who is in the U.S. Army and deployed to small Polish city that is an unlikely travel destination with a bucket list trip for the two of us to Prague, Czech Republic. In the middle, we wanted our son to accompany us to Krakow for a few days. It was a tad complicated, and I only gave her a couple of weeks to pull it off (after I knew the exact dates of our son's four-day pass.) It was so important to us to have a relaxed time with our son but also see many beautiful places and truly experience a beautiful region. Julie really came through for us. Special orders do not upset her! I would not have known where to start with hotels or transportation between cities and Julie was very patient with my questions and several changes. Thank you, Julie, for a fabulous trip!

Julie provided us a comfortable plane trip across the Atlantic Ocean. She arranged a hotel in the city center so we did not need to use Uber or rent a car. The hotel was in the historic area. It was comfortable , clean. Touring the history, architecture and culture of Ljubljana was our goal. Julie arranged a private guide so we were able to explore the major historic sites. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Hi Julie, thanks so much for for setting up our family vacation in Clearwater! We had a blast! It was just the place I had hoped for. My grandson will never forget it and neither will my boys and their wives. Everything went as smoothly as could be.I appreciate your help and being available had any issues come up ( which they didn’t!). I’m hoping to do it again, maybe fall 2026? Thanks again! Kevin

Julie has been our travel agent for the last several years. From the outset, she has been incredibly devoted to us, her clients, and that hasn’t been easy for her as we have made it as difficult as possible. We place lots of demands on her, set strenuous deadlines, change our minds about cruises and dates, and bother her with question after question. Yet, she never loses patience and never gets frustrated with us. She always comes through for us. What’s more, she looks out for us, anticipates our needs, and finds values, promotions, and perks. Julie is a terrific travel agent and we are so grateful that she’s our travel agent.

My wife and I worked with Julie to plan our honeymoon, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Before connecting with her, we had been working with an agent through AAA, but unfortunately, that agent was nearly impossible to get ahold of. With our trip coming up fast, we turned to Julie—and she was absolutely fantastic. Julie took the time to meet with us, learn about the destinations on our Wishlist, and put together our dream honeymoon. We ended up visiting five cities across the country! We still talk about Florence and Sorrento on a weekly basis. Even when our trip was hit with terrible weather, Julie went above and beyond—suggesting alternative activities and making sure we still had an incredible time. We’re so grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone planning a special trip.

A great getaway. All we could have asked for. Sightseeing, dining, relaxing. Wish we would have had more time! Julie was a great resource! Will definitely plan on using her again in the future!

Thank you so much for arranging our anniversary trip to London. We toured, dined, relaxed, and enjoyed ourselves immensely! We even saw family while we were there. It was more than we could have hoped for! We really are grateful for all of Julie's help and expertise!

We had an amazing experience working with Julie to plan our honeymoon in Italy! From the very beginning, she listened carefully to all our wishes and crafted the perfect itinerary that included everything we dreamed of. The planning was seamless, and even when we needed to make a last-minute change, she handled it with professionalism and ease. Every detail was taken care of, from transportation to accommodations, making our trip stress-free and unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend Julie to anyone planning a special trip!

Julie was great to work with. Very attentive and would get back to us very quickly if we had questions.
