Incredible fun with a many friends

Diane did a marvelous job for a dozen close friends on our Viking "Romantic Danube" cruise, and is following it up with our coming two week cruise with most of the same friends and more, "Viking Homelands" through the Baltic and North Sea. She satisfies every question and needs for many people. Not easy in fact, but she makes it seem so.

Diane has been our travel agent for many years, helping with many details for our cruises. On more than one occasion she has tracked fares and got us savings, sometimes substantial savings, when the fares have gone down. She always has great advise and insight about itineraries and has been very helpful dealing with the cruise lines for us. We won't use any other travel agent.

Diane helped in planning a month long trip to Europe. She recommended a tour company with a trip through Northern Italy then helped us coordinate an ocean cruise through Northern Europe with a four day break in London. Diane was amazing coordinating a fantastic Mediterranean cruise to celebrate my cousins 40th birthday with 17 people in the group. Everything went perfect and everyone had a fabulous cruise! An amazing honeymoon

Diane was phenomenal to work with! I’ve recommended her to several family and friends looking to travel. We told her we didn’t know where we wanted to go but an all inclusive and tropical was the intention. She sent us 3 options to choose from in 3 different countries all in our budget, and offered to send more if we didn’t like any of the 3. When questions arose she was quick to answer. Anything that was sent her way as far as transportation or flight changes she was prompt in sending them our way and ensuring we had safe travel to and from our honey moon! I cannot recommend her enough! We had an amazing trip!

I have known Diane for over 25 years. We worked for the same local government. Diane was a respected professional there and is a respected professional in the travel business. Her own extensive travels give her a vast knowledge of global destinations. She assumed sole control of her agency when her partners retired. She has arranged most of my travel for the last 25 years. Diane has done all my cruises, an occasional ski trip and some all-inclusives for me and other members of my family. She is thorough, conscientious, pleasant and easy to deal with. She is extremely responsive to any requests, inquiries or changes. I will continue to utilize her services until she chooses to stop working. She is not only my awesome travel agent, she is a very good friend.
