Susan was terrific in helping us plan and coordinate our trip for all 14 of us. She was always available to answer any of our questions and help arrange activities. She was even very helpful when a travel delay occurred. I also liked the app which listed all the days and info occuring during those times of our trip. Thank you Susan

Susan helped us prepare and plan our first Disney cruise. Our family would have had so many unanswered questions if we didn't have Susan Burks to help us. She was incredibly responsive and very patient with all of our questions. We really enjoyed working with her. Anyone going on a cruise would really be lucky to have her help. We will use her again.

Susan is simply wonderful. She planned and coordinated every aspect of this vacation, and ensured all of our requests were fulfilled. We highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective agent.

This winter was so cold and dreary. On a whim I asked Susan if she could find a cruise in my budget and soon. Susan got back to me quickly with some great options. We had the best time and came back so refreshed. Thank you so much Susan.

Susan helped me very much, as I hadn't gone on a cruise before. She gave us quite a few cruise options, and we went back and forth quite a few times to determine the best fit. She is always quick to respond, even if she has her out of office on her email. She is great and I plan on using her for any upcoming travel.

Thank you Susan for helping us find a relaxing warm getaway. We feel so refreshed and ready to come home and face the coldness of winter. You made my spur of the moment idea a reality with ease and efficiency.

We have always had an Amazing experience and this trip to Universal during Thanksgiving week was just as amazing. She helped us navigate everything from hotels to tickets, and even restaurant reservations. We have never gone to Universal during this time of year so we needed some guidance. And also we were visting Epic Universe for the first time (it was amazing) and she helped us with a strategy as to which worlds visit first etc. And boy did we have fun!! Big thanks to Susan!! Susan was fantastic to work with and was a HUGE Help when it came to deciphering all the information, the pros and cons of every decision (lodging, lightening pass, food packages, etc.). She made the overwhelming much more manageable and def helped my stress level!

Aloha Susan. We want to go back already! ??. All the thank you's ever spoken wouldn't be sufficient in thanking you for the amazing experience you provided for us! Your knowledge and suggestions about our trip was over the top. Starting with the flights to hotel suggestions were great! We had a wonderful time on Oahu, from visiting Pearl Harbor and walking on the Arizona Memorial which was a somber experience to climbing Diamond Head and driving up the North Shore, Giovanni's Shrimp Truck is all they say it is they were all an amazing experience. A lot more hustle than Maui for sure! Maui, what can I say that you don't already know. Just a paradise! We had an amazing room with an amazing view! The Westin had it all. Your suggestion about having lunch at Mama's Fish House was was well worth it by saving travel time. I drove the Road to Hana all the way, what an experience! ??. Stopped at the twin water falls, stopped and had amazing banana bread, Black Sand Beach was totally different than any beach we've been on. I'm glad you talked us out of canceling the snorkel tour, it was another amazing tour. I could go on for hours talking about this fantastic journey you provided for Debbie and I! Just know and take pride in all the hard work and time you spent to provide us with such a fantastic vacation. Rest assured that you will be our travel agent for any new trips we may plan in the future! We hope you and your family are doing well and in good health! I won't say thank you but, Mahalo nui loa! hopefully this was NOT a once in a lifetime trip for us, but if it were it was a pretty good and memorable one! Since we had never travelled outside the United States, we opted to use a travel agent for the first time and it was the best decision we made!!

Susan was invaluable in helping us plan and book a week long, multi generational family trip to Universal Orlando. She is always professional and personable and a great communicator. This was our third trip that she helped us with and they have all been perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Susan made our first Disney cruise the easiest experience. I was a stressed with my kids flying for the first time, getting transportation to the port, just all the stresses of travel. Susan eased my worries, got us booked with DCL transportation, answered all of my questions with a lot of knowledge and had extra tips to make traveling run smooth. The cruise itself was amazing. She answered numerous questions from me about small details, and I was able to relax and truly enjoy the incredible experience we planned. Husband and three teen/young adult daughters were in awe of all that we did and saw! This is the third cruise Susan has planned for us (including having to rebook one during Covid), and I highly recommend her.

Fantastic service as always. Great at listening, working at getting what you’re wanting, and giving suggestions when needed.

My daughter wanted a "High School Graduation" trip and really loves to Surf, so I decided a trip to Costa Rica would be great. Lots of adventure and some of the best surfing in the world. Only problem, I knew nothing about Costa Rica! In steps our good friend Susan who we've know for years and used for Disney vacations in the past. Well, she plans trips everywhere and she planned us an amazing trip to Costa Rica. 4-days in La Fortuna and the Arenal Volcano area with excursions to include zip-lining, repelling from waterfalls and white water rafting and 3-days at the beach in Tamarindo for the surfing adventure of a lifetime! She arranged it all...I told her I wanted to see the rainforest and surf the pacific and she took care of the rest! If you're looking for someone to do all the work so you can sit back and relax...call Susan, she won't disappoint you!

Susan has used her expertise to book numerous adventures for me and my family! From several Disney trips, Alaskan cruise and 10+ days in Scotland! I highly recommend using Susan for any trip!

This is our second time booking a cruise with Susan!!! We absolutely thought that nothing could top our first Disney cruise she booked us, but boy were we wrong!!!!! The Norwegian Cruise we just took was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I was so indecisive at first, and I went back and forth with so many ideas as where to go, and what to do.. Susan found a way to include everything I had on my list, PLUS tons of extras into one perfect week!!!!! I really don’t think anything can top this trip, but when we use her again in the near future, I know she will do her best to try!!! If I could give her 100 stars I would! She’s the best!

Going to Disney with Susan's help was absolutely fantastic. She helped us at every step of the way. She knew all the parks inside and out and shared that knowledge freely. She had so many trips that made our vacation smooth - which restaurants to eat at, which parks to go to in which order, TAKE A DAY OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VACATION - it made our magical vacation even more magical.

First class support from Susan. She helped this old guy unfamiliar with apps navigate the process…and with a smile. 11 points on a 1-10 scale.

The best ever...professional in every respect. Involved, responsive, dependable and a self starter. Susan is everything you want in a travel agent

Susan was exceptional!! I booked a family cruise with her and she went out of her way to help me make that happen. She gave me her undivided attention. Booked our cruise, made hotel reservations for me as well as travel insurance. I was constantly asking her questions and asking her to take care of things for me. She never flinched! Just got it done. Thank you Susan. You’re the best!

Susan and her team made our trip to WDW for the Marathon Weekend very enjoyable. She was able to reserve all of our first choice restaurants and even saved us a significant amount of money on our deluxe resort hotel. We would definitely use her and her team again for our future travel plans.

Susan is the best! I've been using Susan's skills almost yearly since 2014. Back then it was my family's first WDW trip and we were referred to Susan. She walked us thru the entire thing with patients and understanding. Never once tried to upsell or talk us into staying longer or in a nicer hotel or buying a dining plan. Simply gave us options and details on our preferred choices. It made our first experience perfect and has hooked us ever since. I assumed she took all that time because it was our first booking, but no, Susan continues to provide that kind of exquisite service every single trip. I would call us WDW veterans now but I still couldn't imagine traveling without Susan. Every time she comes up with something we hadn't thought of or a new experience or tip or trick. My family is forever indebted to Susan and her team.

You won't regret booking with Susan! She has lots of personal travel experience that she will use to help you plan your trip - even if she hasn't been to that location or sailed that cruise line, she'll leverage her large network to bring you information to help you. Susan has planned many trips for us over the years and she does a great job spotting the details that I would have missed -- like a tour that requires a transfer or starts too early/too late or is non-cancellable. It's truly the many details that can put hiccups into your trip and that's where she really shines!

Our experience working with Susan has been absolutely wonderful. She has planned two of our trips to Disney World in Orlando and an upcoming trip for a Disney Cruise in the Mediterranean. There is no detail that is missed, and she provides great recommendations that are spot on! Will definitely be working with her on as many trips as we can in the future!
