We have booked numerous vacations with Susan. She gives accurate information, is well informed and thoughtful when helping people select a trip. Once on the trip Susan is responsive and helpful. We will book with her again.

Susan coordinated, planned, and reserved everything for our cruise on Disney Cruise Line's Wish for my wife and myself. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Susan preparing us so well. Susan is our go-to person for all of our vacations.

We have been working with Susan Burks for years now. She has helped us plan multiple family trips from Disney, Universal, Punta Cana, to Italy! We have always had an Amazing experience and this trip to Universal during Thanksgiving week was just as amazing. She helped us navigate everything from hotels to tickets, and even restaurant reservations. We have never gone to Universal during this time of year so we needed some guidance. And also we were visting Epic Universe for the first time (it was amazing) and she helped us with a strategy as to which worlds visit first etc. And boy did we have fun!! Big thanks to Susan!! We had a wonderful time on Oahu, from visiting Pearl Harbor and walking on the Arizona Memorial which was a somber experience to climbing Diamond Head and driving up the North Shore, Giovanni's Shrimp Truck is all they say it is they were all an amazing experience. A lot more hustle than Maui for sure! Maui, what can I say that you don't already know. Just a paradise! We had an amazing room with an amazing view! The Westin had it all. Your suggestion about having lunch at Mama's Fish House was was well worth it by saving travel time. I drove the Road to Hana all the way, what an experience! ??. Stopped at the twin water falls, stopped and had amazing banana bread, Black Sand Beach was totally different than any beach we've been on. I'm glad you talked us out of canceling the snorkel tour, it was another amazing tour. I could go on for hours talking about this fantastic journey you provided for Debbie and I! Just know and take pride in all the hard work and time you spent to provide us with such a fantastic vacation. hopefully this was NOT a once in a lifetime trip for us, but if it were it was a pretty good and memorable one! Since we had never travelled outside the United States, we opted to use a travel agent for the first time and it was the best decision we made!!

Susan was invaluable in helping us plan and book a week long, multi generational family trip to Universal Orlando. She is always professional and personable and a great communicator. This was our third trip that she helped us with and they have all been perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Susan made our first Disney cruise the easiest experience. I was a stressed with my kids flying for the first time, getting transportation to the port, just all the stresses of travel. Susan eased my worries, got us booked with DCL transportation, answered all of my questions with a lot of knowledge and had extra tips to make traveling run smooth. The cruise itself was amazing. My daughter wanted a "High School Graduation" trip and really loves to Surf, so I decided a trip to Costa Rica would be great. Lots of adventure and some of the best surfing in the world. Only problem, I knew nothing about Costa Rica! In steps our good friend Susan who we've know for years and used for Disney vacations in the past. Well, she plans trips everywhere and she planned us an amazing trip to Costa Rica. 4-days in La Fortuna and the Arenal Volcano area with excursions to include zip-lining, repelling from waterfalls and white water rafting and 3-days at the beach in Tamarindo for the surfing adventure of a lifetime! She arranged it all...I told her I wanted to see the rainforest and surf the pacific and she took care of the rest! If you're looking for someone to do all the work so you can sit back and relax...call Susan, she won't disappoint you!

This is our second time booking a cruise with Susan!!! We absolutely thought that nothing could top our first Disney cruise she booked us, but boy were we wrong!!!!! The Norwegian Cruise we just took was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I was so indecisive at first, and I went back and forth with so many ideas as where to go, and what to do.. Susan found a way to include everything I had on my list, PLUS tons of extras into one perfect week!!!!! I really don’t think anything can top this trip, but when we use her again in the near future, I know she will do her best to try!!! If I could give her 100 stars I would! She’s the best!

Going to Disney with Susan's help was absolutely fantastic. She helped us at every step of the way. She knew all the parks inside and out and shared that knowledge freely.
