Karlene helped us put together a vacation for five people. Three of us were flying from Pittsburgh, one from Newark, NJ and one from Kiev, Ukraine. She did an amazing job taking care of the airline tickets, transportation, travel insurance and lodging. It was a great experience working with Karlene! Would definitely use her again for future travels.

I have use Karlene for about 6 years for my vacation planning and found her to be efficient and capable of getting what I want, when I want and for a price that is better than if I try doing it myself. I have given her some HUGE tasks involving multiple families and friends and she ALWAYS manages to achieve the impossible. I’ve even had her take care of vacations I’m not a part of and still received fabulous service. She is fantastic at what she does.

Great experience

Karlene planned our honeymoon. I did research myself thru various websites and she saved us a lot of money. She also gave us several options. The resort Secrets Maroma was unbelievable as she said it was. She also prepared everything for us and gave us a custom bag to use on the beach which we did. We will definitely be using her for all our vacations.

Googled vacation planners and Karlene popped up for my area. She turned out to be wonderful. Told her what we wanted and she delivered. Made some changes, she had no problem. She took my calls (yes, I was a bit of a pest) she was patient, kind, and helpful. We had a glorious "bucket list" vacation visiting south west USA. In fact, we have asked her assistance once again for a future getaway this Fall. Recommend her? Absolutely!

A Caring, Helpful and Understanding Agent

I'll admit that my review is biased because Karlene is not just my travel agent, she's my friend! I remember Karlene first thinking about becoming a travel agent and have enjoyed watching her and her business grow over the years. She has booked over a dozen trips for me, my friends and my family. I admire that she is always learning and trying new things to improve her services to her clients and her knowledge of travel destinations. I recommend that you contact Karlene to help with your next trip because she will honestly try to understand what you need and want in a vacation and strive to find the trip that is best for you. She really cares about her clients. She's also honest. If she doesn't know as much about a location she'll let you know that, but she'll reach out to her network of other agents for their help. If you usually book your trips on your own, you might wonder why you need a travel agent. It doesn't costs more to go through Karlene and sometimes it even costs less. Unless you are doing only a flight (which has just a small reasonable fee) and she gets paid by the big companies and since she searches more sites, group rates and companies than you have access to online, sometimes she even finds it cheaper than you could. If you have problems, she'll call and complain for you! Everyone who travels should have an agent, and you can't do better than my agent, my friend, Karlene.
