I've had a first class experience with Perla! She is professional, responsive, resourceful and can do a lot with very little information or little notice. I had my concerns about using a travel agent, but Perla put me at ease. She was very patient and understanding even with last minute changes, and she managed to book a world-class trip for me to Europe. I highly recommend her!
