Excellent 10 out of 10 service. When it comes to organization and being prepared for trips, Naeemah Ricketts is as good as it gets. She’s very informative, well-mannered, & resourceful. Her service included organized itineraries, handy checklists, on-time reminders, detailed information concerning due dates, detailed instructions while on the trip/cruise, and pros/cons of upcoming trips. What I liked most about using Ms. Ricketts was her knowledge and expertise. She was available to answer my questions so that I would be thoroughly prepared for my trip. Bonus was that she provided travel tips and suggested items to pack useful for the trip. This was my first time using a travel agent and I absolutely do not regret it. Another amazing trip!

This is the 2nd trip that I've booked with Naeemah and both times were amazing! I told her what I was looking for and she came thru beautifully. I live in Hawaii, so it's expensive to fly round-trip. The price of the packages that she put together were very reasonable, even with the cost of flights included.

7 day all inclusive vacation

Ms. Ricketts is a wonder! I wanted to take a much needed vacation and didn’t have a passport, but she gave a list of options for me. She took care not f everything and all I had to do was show up to the airport! Every question I had, Ms. Ricketts answered quickly and was always available. I’m already putting her to work for my next vacation.
