My experience with Phyllis is great!

Easily the best vacation my family has ever been on. Most vacations we have done have been good, but it gets stressful trying to plan everything and make sure everything is budgeted/paid for - Phyllis took care of all of that and more. We did a week in Orlando and the hotel was great, transportation arranged, park tickets all set, dining reservations set - it was great. It's hard to really explain how much more free you feel to enjoy yourself when you know everything is already taken care of.

On a personal note, I have a son on the autism spectrum, so taking him to theme parks like Disney World can be a challenge, but she arranged things with Disney Guest Services to make sure that certain accommodations were in place for him and that we had a special map with quiet rooms should he get over-stimulated. It may not seem like a lot, but things like this can make the difference in having a great or horrible vacation.

My friends and I had a best time during our trip to California. All the arrangements went as planned, Phyllis was very organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also worked within my budget.
