Cruise, All Inclusive, and Tours Specialist

Billy did an awesome job planning our Alaskan Cruise. He took care of all the details and answered my many questions since we had never cruised before. We were even upgraded to a Penthouse Suite. So thankful for all his help.

Dr. Summers always has great ideas and suggestions, and gets the best value for your money.

We loved everything about our British Isles Viking Cruise and Norway Extension. Billy's advice was so helpful to a novice traveler. Great advice on airlines and insurance. Had to file a claim and had a check when we got home.

We enjoyed the trip. The ports and available excursions were varied and quite nice. The tour guides were exceptional. Our dining room servers were delightful. They chose us to continue in their area after our first meal with them. They reserved the table for us. The accommodations were comfortable, however, with my husband in a small travel wheelchair, the hallways outside the cabins were too narrow whenever the cabin stewards were servicing the rooms, which was often. If they were aware we were there, they would come out and adjust the cart positions, but otherwise, husband would have to get up, me fold the chair, and follow him through the narrow path. Hadn't had that problem on other ship companies. It's a construction thing, and I know it can't be changed, but with more and more elders traveling, it should be remembered for future ship-design. Dr. Summers is the best!!

Can’t thank Billy enough for all his help in planning this once in a lifetime anniversary trip. He knew the right time to purchase tickets, the right deal, and the right itinerary. He was able to guide us to the cruise experience that would best fit us. Highly recommend!
