Best first cruise ever!

Alorea was excellent. Very informative, upfront and honest on pricing. Gave multiple options to choose from as this was our first cruise ever. When we had issues with our flights being delayed we reached out to her and she was on it immediately. Will definitely be booking our next cruise with her.

Last minute changes - No problem!

Alorea's attention to detail is absolutely TOP NOTCH. We had some last minute complications with our travel plans and she was able to make new suggestions and ultimately created a whole new vacation vibe for us. We loved her recommendation and had an amazing, stress free trip! She was attentive to our wants and needs with the changes, had excellent recommendations and handled everything we needed.

The most relaxing trip!

My husband and I wanted the most relaxing trip you could think of and Alorea provided everything to a T. From the airport pickup/drop off, the beautiful hotel, champagne in our rooms, information was never at a loss (she was so on point I didn't even have to ask for travel docs or anything) the following up was an A+ while we were on the trip and when we got home.
She did such a good job while we were on the trip we asked her to book us another trip in a month??.
By far one of the most knowledgeable, happy, and helpful agents I have ever delt with and I plan on referring her and booking with her for many years to come! I feel like i found a travel agent that gets our vibe and can match our energy ??

Best couples trip ever!

Alorea was wonderful in booking our cruise this November on Norwegian! From proposal options, easy payment, and informative emails leading up to the day it was everything we wanted and more! She was respectful of budget and gave us a few options ranging within our limits and showed us some great excursion options in the locations we were traveling to with extra money in our budget left. We had a beautiful room with a view, added everything we were looking for, and gave us so much information and reassurance leading up to the day. We love Alorea!
