We stayed at Hermitage Bay for our honeymoon and it was the most incredible week! The food was top-notch...we love good food, especially seafood and we were thrilled with all the choices and variety. We looked forward to each meal and every drink. The atmosphere was so relaxing and our hillside suite was stunning. We loved meeting the staff and hearing the live music every night. Everyone made our stay special and enjoyable by learning our names and providing one complimentary champagne/breakfast delivered to our room for our honeymoon. The hotel's reef a few feet from the beach was really lovely to snorkel as well. Everyday was beautiful and we cannot WAIT to return!

Margaret helped us choose Hermitage Bay for our honeymoon after listening to what we told her was important, which was an all-inclusive in the Caribbean without any buffets. We also wanted a relaxed and quiet atmosphere for our honeymoon and she delivered on everything.

We actually had booked a river boat cruise in Europe and needed to cancel due to Covid. Margaret helped to change our trip to a trip in the United States saving us a lot of money. What a great experience we had in Italy. This was our first trip to Italy and we wanted to see all the highlights of this country. "The Best of Italy sure provided that as recommended by Marg. Communications and any updates for the trip were timely and well-coordinated. Our only disappointment was the day in Florence which required a huge amount of walking due to the mayor restricting busses into the city. This is more of a Globus tour issue to resolve. Otherwise, Globus Tours was excellent.

Marg was great to work with in planning and managing our vacation to Italy. She said it would be a busy vacation, and she was right. We saw all the best spots in Italy in 10-days with very little 'relaxation time' other than the hours on the bus. It was nothing like our many Sandals vacations where most of the time it's about relaxation, but we are happy we did it. Italy was beautiful with the exception of the crowds in many of the locations we visited.

Wow, a fantastic trip to Milan, Lake Como and Rome under the auspices of Kensington Private Tours. The trip went without a hitch. Hotel accommodates were superb and ideally located with graciously accommodating staffs. In Como, we had the good fortune of having the hotel's premier grand suite with lake view. Tour guides were all courteous, highly knowledgeable and accommodating. The drivers were always prompt, often arriving 15 minutes early for pick up in comfortable, luxurious sedans. The trip was true its much vaulted itinerary. Among the many highlights: Leonardo DiVinci's Last Supper, Sistine Chapel/Vatican Museum, St. Peter's Basilica and Milan's Duomo Cathedral, private boat tour on Lake Como and special lunch served a fourth-generation owned restaurant near the Pope's summer residence outside of Rome. The schedule allowed sufficient free time to explore the Borghese Gallery, Milan's Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and other museums, shopping areas and neighborhoods on our own. Richcreek Travel Center kept us informed of trip precautions ahead of time and any potential changes to travel plans. Could not have asked for better service and a well managed and thorough itinerary that delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations.
