We took an eight day cruise on the MSC Seashore and we were treated with excellent care, as if we were royalty. We had extra space in our cabin and an extra long balcony. Breakfast was delivered to our room each day at no extra charge. And a bottle of champagne was waiting for us when we arrived. Amy Lee Petrick worked out all the details in advance. She did a great job.

Call me a king and my wife a queen, because Amy treated us like royalty! Months prior to our trip, she provided every bit of information we needed to feel prepared and anxiety-free. She answered questions we were too ignorant to even ask! What to pack, what phone apps to download, where to go, whom to talk with, etc. These directions saved us. On the trip, Amy was available day and night—ready to answer last-minute questions and be our advocate when we needed her intervention. Wonderful cruise on Royal Carribean's Adventure of the Seas. Saw new places and had new adventures- one was an Aloe Vera farm where they showed us the process of making all types of products. The bus trip was a hoot! Great driver/ tour guide too. We visited many islands and had unique experiences at every one. Thanks Amy!

I highly recommend Amy Lee Petrick as your next travel agent. My wife and I started considering the possibilities of a much needed vacation about six months in advance. We turned to Amy Lee Petrick who discussed our ideas with us. She found us a very good deal on a particular cruise to the Caribbean. Then, she worked to help us line up all the details. I was glad to be able to contact her with questions that she answered promptly.
But then we ran into a problem. We were anxiously counting down the days until our cruise when I got sick. My doctor recommended that I not take the trip. At our request, Amy Lee helped us consider some very creative ways that might still allow the trip to happen. It was all in vain because I had to schedule a medical procedure during the time of our cruise. Despite all the extra work that Amy Lee had done, she was very sympathetic and supportive of our situation. In fact, I am sure that she prayed for us. I am glad she worked with us. She is terrific.

Amy listened to what we wanted and found hotels for us where we wanted to be at a price we wanted to pay. When a hurricane caused us to spend an extra two nights on one island and miss, by two day, our arrival on our next island Amy came to bath for us and got us a refund. We will be happy to use her again.
