And it was amazing because of Veterans Day we got into the museum for free!!! Amy was quick to respond to my many questions!!! I was very grateful for her help.

Wonderful cruise on Royal Carribean's Adventure of the Seas. Saw new places and had new adventures- one was an Aloe Vera farm where they showed us the process of making all types of products. We turned to Amy Lee Petrick who discussed our ideas with us. She found us a very good deal on a particular cruise to the Caribbean. Then, she worked to help us line up all the details. I was glad to be able to contact her with questions that she answered promptly.
But then we ran into a problem. We were anxiously counting down the days until our cruise when I got sick. My doctor recommended that I not take the trip. At our request, Amy Lee helped us consider some very creative ways that might still allow the trip to happen. It was all in vain because I had to schedule a medical procedure during the time of our cruise. Despite all the extra work that Amy Lee had done, she was very sympathetic and supportive of our situation. In fact, I am sure that she prayed for us. I am glad she worked with us. She is terrific.

Amy listened to what we wanted and found hotels for us where we wanted to be at a price we wanted to pay. When a hurricane caused us to spend an extra two nights on one island and miss, by two day, our arrival on our next island Amy came to bath for us and got us a refund. We will be happy to use her again.
