Knowledge, responsiveness, service.

John is very good at making valuable recommendations and the follow-up is excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

Very efficient agent, easy to deal with.
Have made my cruise reservation with John since 2006 and it has been a pleasant experience.
I recommend John to friends and family.

John Lane is always professional, prompt and willing to go the extra step to make our cruise experience special and easier to arrange. We often travel in groups of 8 to 15 people, John works hard to smooth the waters for our trips.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with John over many years of cruising he is prompt and able to respond to most questions instantly. I have referred his services and that of Cruise Escapes to others.

Always quick to respond, and very helpful in providing info. We have booked approximately 40 trips with John, look forward to many more.

John goes above and beyond the call of duty when we call him for our next trip. He searches for the best deals and makes suggestions based on his knowledge and experience. He understands our likes and dislikes and steers us in the right direction. We have cruised with him and his wife and find them both to be delightfully fun and intelligent.

John has been our cruise guide for several years. We have been to several destinations including Hawaii, Panama, Bahamas, Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Aruba, and Belize. He has always been very helpful to make sure that our routes, accommodations, and our needs aboard the ships were taken care of. He has asssisted us with family as well as group cruises with our friends. I do and will continue to recommend John always when it comes to cruises.

John is excellent travel agent. Have used him many times over many years and always a great experience. Very friendly and attentive to my needs,

We have booked some 15 cruises through John.

I have recommended John to DFW area potential travelers as an agent providing a valuable service at no cost to the traveler. Even though we moved to Tampa three years ago, we continue to use John as he is as close as our telephone and internet. We had used John for more than five years before we moved to Tampa.

I ask little of John in the planning of our trips. I research, myself, the cruise, cabin, air connection, and price for our trips. When I call John, I am ready to make an immediate booking. Where I find John valuable is in ancillary information as, hotel locations and bookings, day and extended tours at destinations, and general services. These are the valuable details that you, generally, don't get when booking direct with providers.

We have enjoyed John's help in choosing our cruises and getting our booking paperwork accurate and timely for over 20 years! When we first looked for a cruise travel agent, our daughter was 13. We went to all the cruise agencies in Dallas. Only John Lane at Cruise Escapes had us sit down and asked not only me but our daughter what she liked to do so he could match us to the cruise line best suited for our needs! He showed us photos of the ship interiors and cabins and helped us choose a quiet stateroom. We had a fabulous first cruise experience!
The most exotic cruise John helped us book was to the Galapagos Islands. What a fantastic and flawless experience! The ship he chose, the specific itinerary, the airfare, the hotel in Quito, and the paperwork was perfect. John always quickly called the cruise line to get any questions answered that he didn't know without making us wait. We really enjoy his vast cruise knowledge and helpfulness.

I've worked with John for 25 years and dozens of cruises including help in planning a World Cruise in 1997. I always call him with an urgent last minute booking and he always delivers super fast and efficiently! I've recommended him to numerous friends and family with all great results.

We have taken over 40 scheduled trips with John, by ship, land and river boat. He has consistently given us excellent travel advice, been extremely prompt in responding to any inquiries and thorough in his directions such that we have all the travel materials we need for a given trip. I cannot recommend him or the travel agency he represents strongly enough.

John provides excellent service, provides service in my making the right choice for cruises, and I can count on him to assist me in making the right choice.

John has been my cruise agent for more than 26 years. I wouldn't consider using anyone else to book my cruises. His knowledge of the industry, ships, and destinations have served me and my wife well over the years. He is very professional and works to ensure that we have a wonderful cruise experience whenever we book. Bottom line, John is one of the best in the business, period!

We've used John exclusively for our cruise arrangements for many years and highly recommend him. We have several special requests for every cruise and he never fails to take care of them for us.

Have been booking cruises through John since 1985. Never found a reason to use anyone else. He is up to date, gets us the best prices, if there is a price reduction after booking, he will get the reduced price for us. Have taken at least 32 cruises and have another one booked. Have been all around N. America, including Alaska, E and W Canada, N Europe, Mediterranean, S. America, Panama Canal, many Caribbean Islands, Bahamas and Bermuda.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Love working with John!!
