Kim has been our go-to travel agent for the past 15 years. While we began as avid Disney adventurers we quickly realized that Kim had so much more to offer us as travelers.

Our latest adventure was a two-week Back-to-Back cruise with Carnival Cruises on the Carnival Panorama. We planned this trip as an escape from reality and Kim was with us from our first stage of planning.

One of us is currently having mobility issues and Kim got us in contact with the correct department of the cruise line and stayed on top of the issue to ensure that we received all required information and submitted that information back to Carnival. There was a slight issue where our documents weren't received by Carnival but because Kim had been copied on all our correspondence, she was able to once again submit our documents.

While we don't always need assistance with shore excursions, Kim is always there with ideas to help in our decision making.

Working with Kim was wonderful. She was instumental in helping me plan our first Disney family vacation. Kim was so knowlegable about all things Disney. She helped us choose the perfect hotel, and the best restaurants for our picky eaters. Planning a Disney trip can be tricky but Kim was there every step of the way to guide me. We went to Universal Orlando over MLK weekend and had a great time. The park was pretty busy but we were able to do most everything we wanted to do. The new Epic park was amazingly themed and so much fun. Lines were pretty long but we managed to get on everything that was running. Highly recommend park to park tickets and booking a day of express pass if you can swing it. Cabana Bay is showing some maintenance issues but is convenient and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kim helped us get a room close to the main lobby which made a huge difference in our experience.

Kim assisted with the planning of a trip to Aruba for 12 adults in my group. She was prompt on answering any questions we had while planning and anxiously waiting our departure to Aruba to arrive. Every detail was to the point from start to finish.

It was by far one of the most organized, seamless and pleasant travel experiences I've ever had and I credit you for all of that! Our anxiety was definitely running high given the 20,000 earthquakes in Santorini to then be topped by the events/issues with air traffic control at Newark and United which we flew. Yet our expectations were topped by how everything played out immediately landing in Greece. The only thing I would do differently if the opportunity comes again is to stay in American hotels in Athens, not a complaint per se just lesson learned. Kim's knowledge of the in's & out's of Disney was invaluable. This was our 4th trip to Disney and we would not have attempted it without Kim. We knew the overall concept, but Disney has made so many advances that Kim's knowledge was key. Also, going during New Years the crowds are at their highest and having someone help us plan so you could manage the madness was very important - when we went to Disney last, they did not have the magic bands, nor were the fast passes on-line - Kim help us set up everything online so it was easy for us to distribute to our 20'somethings - Also we did a pit-stop at Universal and wanted to maximize the parks AND Harry Potter, everything Kim told us would happen, actually Happened! The trip was fantastic - Epcot on New Years is EPIC!

This was the second Disney World trip Kim planned for our family. We number fifteen when we go to Disney, and Kim's attention to detail was impeccable. I have worked with Kim three times for Disney trips over the last 10 years. This last time, my son was hospitalized for asthma on the day we were supposed to drive to Orlando and check in at our resort. We were stressed and distraught, and couldn't even begin to think of the phone calls we would need to make regarding changing our trip. I was able to communicate with Kim via text in the emergency room about our situation. She stepped in and took care of everything- contacting the resort, communicating the problem, and rescheduling our trip for a week later. I can't imagine how things would've gone if I had booked that trip myself and had to deal with it. Kim has so much knowledge about anything and everything Orlando that I constantly recommend her to friends. There is absolutely no downside to using an agent, and Kim is the best!!

Kim by far was the best travel agent I have ever used. She made our first trip to Disney unforgettable and simply wonderful! She knew exactly which shows, character meals, fast passes etc. my children would love (and they did!) which made our trip very easy with two children. She really cared about our Disney experience and her knowledge of the park is unbelievable. I highly recommend Kim to anyone planning a Disney trip and will definitely use her for our future Disney trips!

Outstanding job. We decided on the cruise rather late, but Kim took care of all the reservations, transfers, to the smallest detail. From the hotel, to transfer from/to airport, etc... She was very attentive and answered all questions in a fast accurate length of time through emails and provided me links to various places . She booked a scooter we needed and made all the arrangements for us, everything was ready when we arrived. She informed us on our fast passes and reminded us a few days before. Checked on our bracelets and made sure they were shipped too us on a time. Checked on us and left a message at the hotel when we arrived at the resort and asked if we needed anything to call her while in Orlando Florida. She really took care of us, thank you all you did for us we really appreciate it, we had a wonderful vacation:).

Kim was not my original agent. She was assigned to me when my agent left Kingdom Magic. She immediately reviewed our reservations and asked if I had questions and made suggestions. She answered all of my questions immediately and was very informative! Kim was fantastic in assisting me and our family when I had concerns about the hurricane. Kim really is the best TA we've used - and we've used her for many years. She knows what we like, what cruise line we favor (though she's equally familiar with other lines we've booked on), and asks the right questions of us to best match us to cabins, et cetera. As former travel agents ourselves, we are a little particular about the service we receive and Kim easily satisfies us. She's also kind in her replies to my sometimes inane questions that pop into my mind and answers them patiently and fully. We're quite happy with her services and thank the person who referred us to her some years ago.

My husband and I took our whole family to Disney World for their Christmas gift this year, counting children, grandchildren, parents and in-laws she made it happen for about 20 people, no small feat, including dinning reservations.
