Our very 1st Disney World trip was FANTASMIC! And I give a lot of credit to Brooke for that! My friend suggested we use Brooke Cartwright because she had just used her for their Disney trip a year before and she was impressed with her help and planning. We are a family of 5 (my husband and I) with a 15 year old daughter, 12 year old son, and 9 year old daughter. We waited till our kids were older and able to do and ride all attractions and stay up to experience night time shows. Brooke listened to all my wants and needs and then started working on a plan. We planned a year in advance so had plenty of time to talk and adjust as our minds worked together. Brooke knew about the resorts and helped us choose Art of Animation, we chose the Nemo suites (suite had 2 bathrooms) and my kids love the movie "Finding Nemo"! The resort was so great! We wanted to see lots of characters and princesses especially for my 9 year old daughter as she is still very much into Disney Princesses. She had so much knowledge of character table dinings and suggestions so we could choose the perfect dining meals to fit each of who the kids wanted to see. She also was informative on the fast passes and helped choose the most popular attractions to use them on. I even called her one day while on our trip because I had a few questions on dining, quick service, and Disney app, she called me back and got all my questions answered so we could get on with our day!! She had so many suggestions for the little extras that we should do or experience that I would not have known about if she had not shared with me. It was so helpful to talk with her knowing she had experienced each park and knew all about them. I have already recommended Brooke to several friends! Thanks Brooke for helping make our Disney vacation one that we will never forget!

We had such a magical time for our first time at Disney World! Brooke made the process so easy and we were able to do everything and get everything we wanted. We saw so many people that were so lost and had no reservations and were completely disopointed in their expensive trip. She saved us time and money! I felt so confident in what to expect there. We can't wait to book our next trip with her. Our favorite park was ofcourse Magic Kingdom but the other parks had so much to offer. My kids favorite ride was Rocking roller coaster in Hollywood Studios. The adults favorite restaurant is Ohanas at the polenysian resort. Girl's (twin 7yr olds) favorite restaurant was cinderella's castle and my son's (2yr old ) was Chef Mickeys. I don't think we will ever be able to top this vacation.

Wonderful 21 Day Vacation

We had smooth sailing and loved Key West and Nassau. Half Moon Cay was great. We traveled with family and it was so much fun. The food and the MDR were not a disappointment. All in all, it was a terrific cruise thanks to Brooke. We love her!

Brooke arranged our trip to the Sandals Royals Curaçao. I wanted to share my appreciation for the wonderful week spent at this resort. First impression was that the staff cleaned meticulously and continually. The resort had beautiful rooms and a perfect infinity pool and beach swimming area. We ate at a different restaurant nightly and were pleased with the quality of our meals. My personal favorite meals were from Butches, Katsu Katsu and Vincent’s. The reservation only places were worth making a reservation early for. There were many staff who we interacted with, but several distinguished themselves with their customer service and special touches. These included ORyan (playmaker and amazing singer), Joell (snorkeling guide), Sharnon (what a gentleman who wrote a beautiful note to our table), Angela (Vincent’s) and bartenders (Stephanie, Natasha and Rug). Each of these individuals truly made this trip five stars all the way and exceeded my expectations.

This was the 3rd trip Brooke has done for us. Every time, the trip has gone smoothly. She is always quick to respond when we have a question or concern and has been very effective correcting any issue that comes up. She is very good at helping to find the best places based on our input of what we want. We have never been disappointed with Brooke's services.

Can't find my information about transportation she resends it . Had problem in Jamaica handed the man the phone Brooke handed it . She works with you to find the perfect location. We have been to DisneyWorld more then once. Just got back from our third trip to a resort. Been to Jamaica, Mexico, and the last one in Dominican Republic. The one in Punta Cana was the best.

Loved working with Brooke. Told her what we wanted and she made sure we had all the options available for us to choose from. While on vacation one of our tours had to be rescheduled due to us getting sick and she was right on it. Had the time of our life.

We booked a Disney Cruise with Brooke for Christmas 2015. With a party of 5, we were looking at a high price due to the rooms that were still available. She was also very helpful in connecting our reservations with family members so that we could dine together during our cruise. The morning of the cruise, when we couldn't find out 18 month old's birth certificate, she was ready to find a way for us to still be able to take her, and was caring and comforting when we told her we decided to leave her home with grandparents. Brooke was awesome! We traveled with a group of 10 family members. She gave us some great tips and saved us lots of money on the Dining Plan. The Dining Plan is the way to go to experience Character interactions. The best food was at the Winnie the Pooh Character Dining. We had a slight problem with our flight to Disney being cancelled because of the weather, but Brooke assured us it would all work out, and it did (with a little patience on our part). Definitely purchase the Memory Maker - it is worth the money - AMAZING photos! I would definitely recommend Brooke to anyone I know traveling to Disney. It's a MAGICAL place.
