Jenn was amazing in helping me plan a family vacation with my husband and 2 children that have never been out of the country! We went for my 40th birthday and honestly it was a trip to remember!
Jenn’s response time is very fast and it made me feel so comfortable knowing that she had also been to the resort we were going to. She also helped me navigate an error I found on my daughter’s passport which was so stressful, but all worked out!
The information we had received leading up to the trip was extremely helpful. It gave us a lot of things to consider while packing for the trip. We also had Jenn set up transportation to and from the airport. She gave us very clear directions on how to find our driver with Renny travel and the drivers were so kind and enthusiastic!

The most perfect honeymoon in JAMAICA!

Mexico Getaway with friends

Jenn always does an amazing job! This trip was a long-weekend getaway with two other couples (kid free!). Jenn knows all the best beach resorts and recommends the best upgrades, which are always worth it. Relaxing Family GetAway

We asked Jenn for a recommendation on a place that was quiet and relaxing but had enough to entertain our 3 kids. She recommended Dreams Flora Punta Cana and it did not disappoint. The kids enjoyed the water park and the game room. She booked us to the preferred level and we really enjoyed access to the preferred areas -- it made it much easier to get poolside and beach seating on some of the more crowded days. The preferred lounge also had snacks all day and a bar that was never crowded if you just wanted some quiet. The staff was friendly and the food was actually pretty good (always a fear of mine for an all-inclusive). Jenn took care of everything – reminders on forms and documents needed, transport to and from the airport, set up our dolphin excursion with transportation – all we had to do was enjoy the trip.

Best Trip Yet

Working with Jenn is always great and easy. She is easy to get ahold of and responds promptly. On multiple vacations she has helped with medical issues and changes in transportation. We always have the best times on our trips! This trip was one for the books as it was our longest and most unique. We went to Costa Rica for 10 nights and had our own rental car. We stayed in 4 different cities from the beach to the mountains. We can't wait to go back and do the south side of the country!

Most Relaxing Getaway

Jenn Carr is friendly and responsive and adept at understanding our vacation interests and pairing them with the perfect resort. Hyatt Ziva/Zilara Cap Cana was the perfect balance of relaxation mixed with activities available on resort. We paddle boarded, used the state of the art gym, went to the water park and did yoga on the beach. The restaurants were top notch. Our transfers between the airport and resort were on time, clean and drivers were friendly. We will always book with Jenn Carr in order to benefit from her expert opinion and advice!

Amazing All Inclusive Stay!

Jenn Carr and the Tropical Travelers are AMAZING to work with. We've booked everything from weddings to group to couples vacations with Jenn. She's always thoughtful in her recommendations, willing to share alternatives when we have doubts, and finds the best deals and add-ons to make our trips perfect. This one was no exception. We stayed at Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica. An incredible 5-star all inclusive adults only resort on a peninsula in Falmouth, Jamaica. The resort itself was beautiful with great restaurants, views and service. They offer tours of the Luminous Lagoon just next door to the resort where you can swim with the dinoflagellates after a sunset cruise. The service poolside was also great. They offer multiple pool and beach locations from activities to quiet zones. Highly recommend!

Amazing honeymoon

We planned our honeymoon to Jamaica with Jenn Carr at Tropical Travelers and she was AMAZING! Amazing honeymoon trip

We just returned from our dream honeymoon in Monetego Bay, Jamaica at a resort we never would have found without Tropical Travelers. Jenn Carr presented several options for us based our our budget and request for privacy, good food, wheelchair accessibility, and comfortable accommodations. We chose a resort we never had heard of based on her recommendation and it turned out to be the best choice we could have made. Jenn arranged for a smooth and worry free travelling experience by arranging expedited customs check and lounge experience upon airport arrival and departure from Jamaica, to private, safe, wheelchair accessible private transport from the airport to the resort and an excursion. Prior to traveling she kept us well informed and prepared to ensure the traveling experience went as smoothly as possible. We could not be happier with the experience we had and are so grateful to Jenn for arranging this amazing trip for us!
