She advised us of required travel documents, currency exchange info, electric conversions, etc. Also gave us a cute tote bag! The tour was an amazing, once in a lifetime adventure. Our agent Stephanie Lockhart is fantastic! Everything was laid out for us, from the airport transfer to the resort, dinner reservations made for us, and we could focus on relaxing and decompressing. The resort she recommended (Unico 2087, Riviera Maya) had a vibe for everyone and the property was immaculate, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing!
