I never used a travel agent before but knew that I needed one to help plan my destination wedding. Nicole Dobrich and Renee Hall exceeded every expectation I had. Nicole and Renee were always available to answer any questions my guests and I had. Any email I sent would have a response within 24 hours even on the weekends or when they were out of office. My guests also could not stop raving about the service Nicole and Renee provided when helping them to book rooms and transportation to the wedding. They really cared about my wedding and my guests, and made sure I had everything I needed for transportation and hotel accommodations. They also communicated with the resort I had my wedding at when needed, which helped to alleviate a lot of my stress. Nicole even reached out to my wedding coordinator at the resort I was having my wedding at when I couldn’t reach her. They truly helped make my wedding great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a travel agent.

We had such a beautiful venue and Renees help in picking through the options was such a value! There are so many things you don't think about in booking a destination wedding. She really helped us nagivate the waters, understand how it all worked, and took all that off our plate. Highly recommend using Renee & Liz Moore. Such a win!

Renee helped us have beautiful honeymoon and answer all my questions about going to Mexico The resort was just beautiful we didn’t want to leave .. the staff was wonderful!!! we are coming back next year Renee was just wonderful!! Renee was absolutely amazing. From the initial contact, helping us find the perfect resort, to following up throughout the process, helping all 40+ of my guest arrange travel and handling our room block at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos. She played a huge part in making our special day the wedding of our dreams and I am forever grateful for her. She truly leads with empathy and prioritizes her brides and has great communication.
