Lindsay and Dana did a fantastic job with their recommendations for Alaska! We were pleasantly surprised to enjoy the land portion more than the cruise. The driver made that whole week memorable and fun. Our favorite 3 things were: the helicopter and dog mushing rides on the glacier in Juneau (worth every penny it cost), the 5 hour train ride to Talkeetna (stood on the caboose for 2 hours just to enjoy the views even though it was so cold!) and the Stan Stevens glacier boat ride in Copper River. We were the only 2 booked from the lodge for that excursion so several staff who had the day off went with us and explained all kinds of things to us on the van ride and the boat ride. Stan took his boat to another glacier because the original one still had so much ice that he could only get within 15 miles of it. He drove extra and didn't charge more and we got within 400 yards of the glacier. Some things we found odd about Princess: It was so hard to get bottled water on the cruise. You had to go to a bar and wait behind everyone getting a drink rather than having some in the room with the Plus package. Getting any type of drink on the ship's buffet deck was difficult. You had to wait for someone to come ask you what you wanted and until they brought it, we were almost always done eating. If we had ordered drinks first before getting food, they would take the drinks away and you lost your seat. We were disappointed at some of the upcharges on the menus on the ship considering we had the plus package. We just opted not to eat those things. When we first got to our room on the boat, the single beds were separated. I had chosen the single beds and then was going to ask them to be put together and the first interaction I had with the room steward wasn't good. He was very upset and told me that I needed to request a queen bed instead. He did end up putting the twins together for us. Just as FYI-the Copper River and Kenai lodges had no access to doctors.

Lindsay & her team were there for me through the entire planning process, from picking the perfect resort to wedding details. They promptly answered my questions over email and offered several meeting times over the planning process. They were flexible with scheduling & always happy to help. Her team worked patiently with all my guests to get them booked & arrange transfers. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to plan my wedding!

Thank you so much for helping us take the vacation of a lifetime! This trip to Sandals St. Vincent was probably the best trip we have ever had (next to our honeymoon, that's tough to beat lol). The butlers that we had were on top of their game and took care of so many things for us. Golf cart to our restaurants or beach area, snacks through the day, scheduling, random requests, drinks at the beach and cooler, ect. They were very responsive and quick to accommodate. We enjoyed the Dark View Falls excursion and the history/info from the tour guide/driver. We saw a group of dolphins on the butler cruise one evening and enjoyed a wine tasting for butler guests. I snorkeled my tail off and saw everything from Octopus, to shrimp, lobster, lion fish, eel, parrot fish, conches, ect. ect. We couldn't believe how many creatures were right there at the main swimming area. Lindsay and her team make trip planning effortless. This is our third Sandals trip through L&S. They are so helpful finding the resort that suits your needs, providing flight options, booking extras, and making it easy to pay our trip balance over time online. It's also reassuring to have an experienced point person on standby to help in different instances while travelling abroad. Thank you!

This was our first trip planned and first at an all inclusive resort. From start to finish, we felt taken care of. Well worth the cost and spending time with family before, during and after the wedding…a PRICELESS

Lindsay took care of booking our flights and found a perfect Sandals resort for us in St. Lucia. She gave us a few room options and guided us in selecting and our room was perfect!
