We got lucky and met someone that had used Amy while we were on a vacation, she was telling me that Amy had arranged a bottle of wine waiting for them ... we had cooked direct and I knew immediately I needed a Amy in my life. When we returned from that trip I reached out to her to plan out our next trip. That was in 2015, she has been my travel agent since then!! She is so knowledgeable, helpful and calming (I am a traveler that always second guesses my choices) Our first trip to Sandals under Amy had a few hiccups (travel delay, wrong room assignment) and man one email and she was ON IT. It was solved and we were compensated for our issues, I have NO doubt that would not have happened if we weren't booked with her. We use Amy for all our travel and I recommend her services out to whomever is traveling.

Amy was amazing and so helpful in helping us plan our trip! We traveled to 5 different countries and Amy made the transition seamless as we ventured around Europe. Her advice and help on planning excursions in our different locations was also very helpful! I would highly suggest her to anyone who needs help narrowing down where to visit and what to do when abroad!

We have worked with Amy for several years and for several trips, and I can't imagine trying to plan a vacation without her. She's always been patient, available and responsive to any/all questions that pop up along the way no matter how big or small. She has first hand information on just about anything/anywhere we've traveled and has stayed in communication with us the whole process from planning, booking and even checking in on us while traveling to make sure all was going well. She communicates with the hotel/resort/destination before during and after our trips to make sure our requests and preferences are communicated to the right people and follows up with us during and after our travels.

I know that once I decide on a destination and dates that my work is done and I can enjoy the excitement and anticipation of the trip rather that worry and stress about the details. I've actually stopped referring to her as my travel agent and think of her as my travel angel
