We joined late to a cruise for our graduating seniors. Alaina was professional, knowledgeable, persistent & diligent in getting answers for my many questions, she is warm and always happy to help, she never seems exasperated (I can be a lot, especially when vacation planning), she is happy to do all the legwork or as little legwork as each client needs. She is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend working with her. She has planned two trips to Universal & our most recent cruise with NCL for my family. I am an over-planner extreme and she speaks my language and I love her for that. But, other families on our recent cruise are quite hands-off when it came to planning & she does it all so very well! She is the best, very versatile and able to meet the needs of each individual client in the way they need help the most!

Alaina is AMAZING to work with! She helped us plan a Disney vacation for 16 people and she made it look so easy. She helped us learn how to use genie plus and lightening lanes, made reservations for all of us to dine at the same place and time, gave us great tips on what to bring, recommended an awesome company to pick us up from the airport and bring us to our resort, and was always willing to answer our questions.
