About Me

Danielle, the Inclusive TA with Love Travel Col
Danielle, the Inclusive TA with Love Travel Col

Hello there! I'm Danielle, affectionately known as "The Inclusive TA" in the travel world. As an Independent Travel Consultant with Love Travel Collection, I've made it my mission to open up the wonders of travel to everyone, regardless of their unique needs or challenges.

My journey into the realm of inclusive travel began in the most personal way possible – as a mother to a beautiful child on the autism spectrum. Those early years of planning family vacations were a crash course in navigating the complexities of travel with special needs. Each trip was a new adventure in problem-solving: How could I create experiences that would delight my child without triggering sensory overload? Where could we find quiet spaces for decompression after exciting activities? How could I ensure that every family member had a chance to enjoy themselves?

These questions led me down a path of extensive research, endless trial and error, and ultimately, to a deep understanding of what it takes to craft truly inclusive travel experiences. I realized that the knowledge I'd gained could be invaluable to other families facing similar challenges, and so, "The Inclusive TA" was born!I didn't stop at personal experience, though. To ensure I could offer the best possible service to my clients, I pursued and obtained certification as an Autism Travel Professional. This training, combined with my years of hands-on experience, allows me to anticipate needs that others might overlook and create itineraries that balance excitement with comfort.

While autism is close to my heart, my expertise extends to a wide range of cognitive disabilities. Whether you're traveling with someone who has ADHD, sensory processing disorders, or any other special need, I have the know-how to tailor your vacation to ensure everyone has a fantastic time.

But wait, there's more! As someone who understands the anxiety that can come with managing food allergies on the road, I've become something of a guru in planning trips that accommodate all sorts of dietary restrictions. Celiac disease? Nut allergies? I've got you covered! I know how to find safe, delicious dining options that let you savor the local cuisine without worry.

My approach to travel planning is all about the details. I love uncovering hidden gems that are both accessible and exciting – think sensory-friendly museums, quiet beaches perfect for unwinding, or animal encounters that offer a gentle way to connect with nature. I consider everything from the best times to visit popular attractions (hello, smaller crowds!) to the most suitable accommodations that provide a calm home base for your adventures.

My motto is "Anxiety-free vacations for ALL travelers," and I take it to heart. Every itinerary I create is crafted with meticulous care, considering all aspects of your family's needs. I work closely with hotels, tour operators, and transportation services to arrange any necessary accommodations, always advocating for my clients with warmth and determination.

Nothing brings me more joy than hearing from families who've experienced the thrill of truly inclusive travel, often for the first time. It's incredible to see the world open up for those who thought certain destinations or experiences were out of reach.

When I'm not busy planning the perfect getaway for my clients, you might find me conducting workshops or creating online resources to educate both the travel industry and the public about the importance of inclusive tourism. I believe that travel is a right, not a privilege, and I'm on a mission to make it accessible to all.

So, whether you're dreaming of a serene beach vacation, an educational city break, or an adventure in the great outdoors, I'm here to turn that dream into a reality – one that's tailored to your unique needs and guaranteed to create lasting, joyful memories for every member of your family.

Ready to embark on a stress-free, fun-filled journey? Let's chat and start planning your next great adventure together!

Transatlantic Dream
We grabbed a last-minute deal on a Transatlantic Cruise and we NEVER saw our son! He was in the Oceaneer Club the whole time! It was his first cruise and Danielle made sure we all had an amazing time! We had so much fun we asked Danielle to plan our family reunion cruise on Icon of the Seas!

Incredible Vacation
I contacted Danielle for a last-minute vacation for my family, including my non-verbal, autistic grandson. She immediately found us 2 suites at Art of Animation, 2 suites at Royal Pacific, helped with DAS and Express Pass, and gave us tips for quiet places to relax and cool down. She also got us a stroller and transportation to/from the airport and to Universal from Disney. It was an amazing trip!

Italy with Celiac? YES!
Danielle was AMAZING planning our honeymoon to Italy. As a newly diagnosed Celiac, I was nervous about visiting a place known for pasta. Not only did we discover celiac-friendly restaurants, we even took a pasta-making class where I was able to MAKE AND EAT my own gluten-free pasta! It was so nice to feel at ease about my diet while traveling abroad!
