Slime time!
This one deserves it's own spot! I had been so interested in this spot then an opportunity arose for me to take my son (11 years old at the time) and my mother (69 years old) to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya for 4 nights in March.
It is an all-inclusive resort and had room service included. Spacious rooms (even the standard ones) all with swim out, waterfront views. I was impressed each room could sleep up to 5 easily and had 2 full bathrooms. The sitting area between the room and pool was a perfect spot to sit and relax/work even getting to watch the cruise ships pass by to and from Cozumel.
All of the accommodations, eateries and facilities were created with luxury in mind and a nod to children. All of the details were immaculate down to the cups and silverware.
There were two monitored kids clubs (one by the water park and one at the hotel). They had different hours but lots of play spaces, old arcade games (and new video games), structured activities, crafts and more. My son loved it. Kids over 12 cannot attend.
The food was good. I LOVED the table service meals (Good Burer and Piazza) the best. The buffets were just okay to me. Room service was slow but good. They also had an island cookout one night!
The AquaNick was GREAT! Two full lazy rivers, two waterplay areas for kids of different ages, a wave pool with floating "lily pads" and a rock wall, waterpark level slides and SLIME ... yep lots of slime. Everyone can get slimed if they choose.
Characters like Spongebob, Ninja Turtles, Ang, Paw Patrol, Dora and more made frequent appearances at both the hotel area and water park. The team members gladly took photo and video for you and also held your belongings. Excellent.
Shows at night were also fun and they had a good variation of them.
The staff with the kids and food service were 10/10.
The only things we didn't know were how far the hotel was from the lobby and waterpark BUT they had a shuttle running frequently to all the spots. Also it was difficult for my mom to get in and out of the vehicles (knee replacement in the past).
I would highly recommend this spot for friends who want a fun weekend or families with kids at any age!

Julie came recommended by a mutual acquaintance and she did such an excellent job handling our destination wedding last year that it was simply a "no-brainer" that we call her about an anniversary getaway.
She did not disappoint! With a short time for planning, she helped us find the right destination by listening to our desires and offering her recommendations as a direct result. She made our travel arrangements for both air and ground transfers, and insurance as well.
We did encounter some travel inconveniences related to increased TSA screening times and weather related delays, and Julie was prompt in responding to my information requests to help us best navigate unforeseen circumstances.
Julie is a seasoned professional, with great advice and we will continue to ask her to help us with our needs going forward. We think the world of Julie both professionally and personally and we couldn't possibly recommend her any more highly. You should see for yourself what we already know.

I had a last minute trip to Orlando, FL for a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament and Walt Disney World whirlwind extravaganza.
Julie de la Fe got straight to work and hooked me up with a Savi's Lightsaber Workshop for myself and my nephew, a Pop Century hotel room with accommodations that I specifically asked for, gathered information for ECV scooter, and WDW tickets. Boom! It was all set-up in a couple of days.
Julie is very knowledgeable, experienced, and pleasant to work with. This was my second booking with her and won't be my last.
I'm deciding on my next booking at either Disneyland, Boo To You Halloween, or Festival of the ARTS, in WDW. Decisions, decisions, decisions. Whatever comes next, Julie de la Fe is a top producer with the answers to help make a memorable, meaningful trip.

First Royal Caribbean cruise - amazing!!

Best of Portugal ????

The country is very beautiful with the large cities of Lisbon and Port being very busy but historic. Smaller villages with cathedrals and medieval places to see and a country of a lot of history. Food was good lots of pork and fish. Trafalgar did a great job with their experts, our trip leader and an excellent driver. Before you go brush up on the countries history. Fátima was also a big plus.

London and Paris Oh My Julie!

What can I say! Julie blew this trip out of the park. I had a bit of a weird request of wanting to do London and Disneyland Paris. So lots of logistics. Julie was honest up front and said that if she can’t help she can find someone who can. But of course Julie came through. My family had a couple of options to choose from and we were so happy with our selection. Thank you Julie for all of your hard work. I know I asked a million and one questions. My family had an amazing trip!

Aulani was a beautiful resort and relaxing resort. There is plenty to do in and around the resort area such as Diamond Head, North Shore and. Botanical garden. All these areas are good things to experience. I was able to spend two half days exploring the island and then two full resort days. Julie did a great job at sending over information of things to do in the area and resort to help plan. She also offered to help plan if I felt uncomfortable. I recommend having her book the Luau and if you are not able to get priority seating ask to be put on the list of openings. The day of the luau I was contacted to upgrade and glad I did because the general admission line was very long and can take away from the experiences offered prior to the start of the luau.

We stayed in the swan reserve and loved being able to walk or ferry to epcot and hollywood studios. The buses to MK & AK were great too. Pro tip, we park hoped and went to Epcot in the morning and then took the monorail to MK for the afternoon and avoided the bus wait one day.

Julie is the absolute best! We were supposed to sail on DCL in November and due to a series of unfortunate events we had to cancel literally the day before our cruise. Julie immediately went into action contacting DCL to review our options as well as our travel insurance to see what those options looked like. Between Julie and Disney, magic was made we we were able to rebook our cruise for a month and a half later without any additional cost to us. Once again Julie knocks it out of the park when it comes to getting the best deal on a hotel! I gave her my dates on when I needed a hotel and my big request was to be below a specific dollar amount with an out the door price. She found a great location for me that was near Disney World, which is what I needed, and as we were finalizing things in a matter of 36 hours this hotel jumped in price twice putting it over my price mark.
I was thinking fine everything was good but Julie knowing my circumstance, did allow that and found me Hotel number 2 that was back in my price range. Within 1 hour of communicating this the hotel sold out. Again Julie found another hotel in the same area with a great price where I needed it; boom she got it!
What a great hotel it turned out to be! Julie is a great travel agent that makes sure your any need is met and finds the best deals!

Large Family Trip: A Success!

Hands down the best Travel Agent

Julie is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was quick to respond and after giving her some specifics about my travel needs she had options waiting for me in what seemed like minutes. Plus when the hotel that I had chosen didn't have my confirmation (later finding out it was due to Expedia dropping the ball), I called Julie up right away and to say she handled it is an understatement.
She had me in an upgraded hotel in less than an hour at no additional cost, making Expedia pay the difference, along with having them cover my rideshare expenses getting to the new hotel.
