Before the trip, we received reminders about the EU Digital COVID Certificate, a detailed itinerary, a restaurant and food guide, and a travel pack containing our train tickets and clear instructions regarding transportation along every step of the journey. Ramonia did a great job in working with us during a difficult time of traveling! COVID-19 certainly provided a lot of roadblocks and extra hassles, but she was able to help us go on a wonderful vacation in Belize. She did a good job of checking in with us and arranging our COVID-19 tests. The driver and the activities they picked were very good, fit our needs, and there was a great mix of different things in our itinerary that we liked. We also loved our accommodation options. Ramonia planned six excursions, including private driver/charter around the island. She selected our accommodation, specifically the dates and times for activities, nightlife, mingle with the locals. She offered a payment plan. We could get in contact with her for whatever reason during our trip. I recommend her enough, and I will only travel outside the country with her services! The Hawaii trip was fabulous! We loved the resorts that you chose for us! In Maui, we did a luau, biking down Haleakala, a fishing charter, and the road to Hana. On the Big Island, we enjoyed snorkeling & zip lining...and still found plenty of time to relax, eat, and drink :) The flights there & back and the rental cars worked out great! So, overall, fantastic trip!
