I have been to Disney before and I have worked with other Disney travel agents before, but Brook is by far the best. She has great recommendations, was able to submit our accommodation requests (we had a toddler so navigating the space could have been a big challenge), assisted with dining and lightning lane reservations, and sent so much helpful information.

This is our THIRD trip, booking with Brook, and she has yet again, made our experience so wonderful at Disney World! The entire process is so smooth, as she handles everything! The booking of the hotel, park tickets, dining/other experiences. We basically tell her what we want to do, and she manages to get it done! Brook and coffee! Two very needed survival things for Disney!

We loved visiting Disney World as adults, without kids. We could have easily just went without a care, meandering around and let whatever comes come. However, we both have used Brook before for vacations and she made the trip more valuable, feeling more successful with seeing all the things we dreamed of seeing, and getting the most out of our time and finances that we put into it. She is a wonderful guide for every step and every option to make sure we don't have a cookie cutter Disney experience, but we really felt like we checked off everything we loved, and came back from the trip feeling like we did not miss anything. What a wonderful feeling to say it was the best trip we went on together, and a lot of it had to do with the planning that Brook put into it to make sure all the details were laid out, all the questions were answered, and we would feel very satisfied with everything when it is all said and done. Once in a Lifetime Family Trip to Alaska

I had reached out to Brook 9 months in advance to help us plan our family trip to Alaska. From those early months, Brook was amazing to help in the planning. She gave advice on which cruise line to use, what to see, what we would need to do to get our passports, and sent monthly emails to keep us on track to plan. I have worked with other travel agents before, but Brook was by far the best one I have ever worked with. She responded quickly to my emails with great advice. Even when I felt my emails where something I could have googled, Brook responded with great details and information to help me out. Sometimes I emailed her 4 times on the same topic and she never seemed annoyed by my emails. Brook made sure every detail was covered for our trip and it went off without a hitch!! Wonderful Family Fun

Our trip that included 4 days in Disney World and 2 days at Universal went problem free thanks to Brook W. Any questions we had in planning the trip Brook was quick to answer. She did wonderful handling 4 different parties involved in the group planning and kept us all updated on any changes that needed to be made.
The app tern was a great quick reference to plans that needed to be reviewed and payments to be made towards the trip. The app also included all documents that we needed along the way. A big thanks to Brook for downloading everything that we might need in the app.

Pre-Christmas Miami Adventure

Bucket List Trip

I was one of three couples planning an Alaska cruise and we had been working with a travel planner who wasn't very helpful or responsive to our questions so we decided to start over. I mentioned that Brook had helped me plan a Disney vacation several years ago and she was phenomenal so I suggested we ask her if this trip was something she could help with. From day 1 she reminded me how phenomenal she was when she had planned Disney. She asked questions about what we wanted to accomplish with the trip and then she started giving us options. After a few back and forth emails in which she answered MANY questions, we chose the itinerary and dates we wanted. She provided information about our ports, helped link all of our travel plans together, last minute reminders, updates about flight changes, etc. You name it, she was on top of it! First Cruise!

We are incredibly blessed to have worked with Brook for the planning of our Walt Disney World vacation to celebrate my Dad's 60th birthday. Brook was so kind, helpful and made the entire planning process a breeze! Her weekly emails and updates leading up to the trip were extremely helpful. Brook was and is nothing short of amazing! She planned our entire trip for us, sent several emails to keep us updated and in the loop of what needed to be done for our trip, or certain offers that Disney had going on. She was quick to answer any and all questions we had, all while being extremely thorough! She is an amazing travel agent and we will continue to use her for all and any future trips we have! Wouldn't go to Disney without Brook's help! This was our third time working with Brook to plan for Disney. She makes everything easy and takes the stress off from planning the trip. When our flights were delayed, Brook reached out immediately to make sure we were all set and offer assistance, even though it was probably bedtime for her with the time difference.
