We have personally been working with Marcy since 2008. We are part of a Travel Club with more than 900 members and many of them love to travel. Marcy has planned small, medium and large cruises for us as well as intricate pre and post trips for those who want to extend their travel. Called Marcy and told her I wanted to go on Safari in Africa. She asked me about 5 questions and asked me to give her a day or two to put together a proposal. The next day she emailed (and then called) with all the details - Air Fares, Hotels (2 options) Local Guides and a complete itinerary. She also suggested a side trip to Cape Town - which turned out to be a great idea. Overall -- the lesson is - always use a travel agent - especially this one.
