Cathy planned the perfect itinerary for our first trip to Italy! She listened to what was important to us to see and do and came up with a custom, once in a lifetime trip. She even suggested things to do that we didn’t know were available which became the highlights of the trip. Her communication was amazing, and she was very easy to work with. From private tours and drivers to perfectly located hotels, Cathy had every detail carefully planned. I will never consider planning another trip without her again!

Our trip involved overseas flights, a Mediterranean cruise and pre and post cruise city stays. Cathy took a complicated itinerary and organized it for us and kept the info at our fingertips for seamless travel.

Cathy took the time to ask questions and help us with our Bucket List Alaska Cruise and Adventure tailored to our "we have never done this before but we think we want to do this" experience. Coordinating with our cruise line , airlines, hotels, tour suggestions , restaurants at each city , answering all of our " how do you do this" scenarios with patience and knowledge . Cathy was recommended by a mutual friend and was a pleasure to work with for our recent dream trip to Hawaii. She handled all the major details and booked us the perfect trip. Originally, I was just going to book a land/sea combination vacation directly with the cruise line. Cathy was able to book our hotels/rental car/and all flights, and get us multiple extra days on different Hawaiian islands, all for less than it would have been to book directly with the cruise line. We loved Italy and our tour manager, where we stayed and the cities we visited and all the extra things we did. Our experience in Punta Cana was second to none! It was an all-inclusive resort at Secrets Royal Beach. The price was great, the travel (which we were nervous about) was super easy and smooth, the way we were taken care of felt like royalty, and most of all, the fun we had at such a well-organized and well ran resort was 5 star! I knew nothing about resorts outside of the US...insert Cathy! She was extremely helpful in finding the proper place for us. Cathy was very attentive from the start to find a way to include the things that we wanted to do and see in our travel plans. We added on a few days in Liverpool and York prior to our Spotlight on London Tour. Cathy suggested some great must dos in both locations. I contacted Cathy with a short notice request to find me a 5 star all inclusive resort with all the bells and whistles during peak season. She not only found the perfect place but I made several last minute changes and even extended my stay the day before we were scheduled to leave. Every detail was handled and even followed up to make sure everything was handled. I'm used several agents in the past...She has been the best by far..and don't do it yourself

Cathy took introduced us to several resorts in Mexico and we chose the one we liked the best. She booked it immediately ans followed through with all the payments that were needed and sent us our itinerary.
