Dream Cruise

My late wife and I had always wanted to go on a cruise. I wasn’t able to go with her, however Brenda made sure to make my cruise so very special nonetheless. She has been making our dreams come true for years, and knows how much I miss Jen, and how much new adventures mean to me. She takes care of every detail- making sure I have what I need- and that I had the transportation from Orlando to the ship. I could never imagine booking a Disney, cruise or Universal trip with anyone but Brenda. She still makes Jen feel a part of the magic on my new adventures- and that means the world to me.

Family Trip - DisneyWorld and Disney Cruise

Brenda booked a trip to DisneyWorld for our family of 13 (consisting of three sons and their families) in 2022. She made all the reservations and gave us expert advice on how to navigate the Disney options always replying promptly to my questions. We had a great trip. Two years later we booked a second family trip to DisneyWorld followed by a Disney Cruise with Brenda, knowing that she would take good care of us. This time we had special needs because our granddaughter had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Brenda went the extra mile to ensure that our trip met our expectations. A Disney/Universal Christmas

My family have taken several trips to Disney World and Universal and don’t necessarily “need” a travel agent. But I decided to use one anyway. I’m very glad I did, Brenda notified me of a sale/discount on hotel stays that I would not have seen and saved us a lot of money and allowed us to stay where we were wanting to for Christmas, Animal Kingdom Lodge. She was also very helpful with tips and texts about how to use Disney’s new genie + and lightning lanes. She also sent a lot of videos that helped explain any and all the changes. She was quick to respond to any question that I had and just very easy to work with while we were still in the planning stages. I did not use Brenda’s help with dining reservations because I knew what we wanted and we only had a few we wanted, but she offered to book them for us as soon as it was open for our vacation date. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use Brenda again for a Disney World or Universal trip.

Magical Disney Trip

Brenda made our first trip to Disney World the best trip we have ever had!!!! We were referred to her from several friends. She was extremely easy to deal with, very responsive (replied to my email questions within hours), and made sure every detail of our trip was perfect!!! It was so nice for her to book all of our fast passes and restaurants without us having the headache of doing it ourself. We ended up getting every ride and character dining we wanted, even Cinderella's Castle. I didn't think it was possible, because we booked later, but she didn't give up trying to book it until we got what we wanted!!! My daughter was in heaven!! Because of Brenda, our daughter had the most action packed, Disney dine crazy, and princess galore experience of her life!!! Our accommodations, parks, fines, tickets, EVERYTHING she painstakingly had to coordinate and book for us was spot on! We could of never had this experience without her. She is a lifelong Disney friend to our family as well! Much love for this lady and her above and beyond spirit and ability to really make Disney Magical for us. Brenda has helped us plan 2 of our Disney vacations. She is incredibly helpful, patient and insightful. When we originally made our dining reservations one of our top requests was not available. She continued to search for the reservation and was able to secure it prior to our departure. In addition, she is always willing to answer any questions we may have, provide guidance on the times to do things and things not to miss, etc. We will not be planning another trip to Disney without using Brenda. Brenda has been our saving grace with Disney for years now and each time she helps us book a trip, and book frequently as Passholders, she surprises us with her abilities. She's become a wonderful friend and she knows everything. We've sent several friends and family her way too and they all agree on how easy she makes the process.
On our last trip in October, we gave Brenda 5 different restaurants to eat at for sit-down meals. Everything was booked, but within 3 days she got everything on our list! We have also been trying to rebook the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert party for 3 years now and she managed to get it for us in February. We are thrilled! She's a true Disney Fairy Godmother!

Holiday Disney Experience of a Lifetime

Brenda is simply "Amazing". My family wanted to experience Disney World during the holidays without the holiday stress. Brenda came recommended to me from another family who had nothing but great things to say about her and her service. I will be the 1st to say that Brenda did not disappoint. She handled everything and presented us with multiple packages to choose from. She helped guide us through the dining options (which were excellent), compared the lodging choices, arranged transportation, informed us of extra party events, gave a list for fast pass options and booked all of it for us. This was by far the best experience planning a vacation that I have ever had. She also spoke of the Memory Maker which was the best purchase we made. We now have over 400 photos of my entire family. Brenda was always attentive and with our hectic schedules this was a must. I cannot recommend her enough and I will definitely be using her services in the future. Two Disney Trips - Fantastic Experiences

Brenda has helped us plan two wonderful Disney vacations that were completely stress free. She was always several steps ahead of us, providing suggested dining experiences, fast passes, etc based on the likes of our children. All questions were answered very quickly and she gave us tips on things I would never have even thought to ask. She was able to find us on-property lodging and get us our favorite character dining experience even though our second trip came with less than a month's notice. She has fantastic advice and works tirelessly to make sure that every trip is just perfect. A detailed itinerary is provided with park hours, recommended attractions tailored to your family, and she even arranges transportation to and from the park. Our girls have had the best time on these trips and they have been joy to plan thanks to Brenda. I would not know what to do without her. I will use Brenda for all of our trips to Disney.

The Best Week of our lives thanks to Brenda

When I began planning our family's 1st trip to Disney World, I knew right away I was in over my head. The more I researched the more confused I became. Late one night, I came across a review that raved about Brenda. I emailed Brenda that night and she contacted me first thing in the morning. I'm pretty sure an angel guided me to her that night!
Brenda took the time to listen to and answer all of my questions. She asked me about my family, our dates, and what kind of experiences we hoped to have...and then she put together a plan that resulted in the best week of our lives! The entire week flowed meticulously. And she saved us so much money that when I told my friends everything that our trip included and the price, they all said, "per person?" and I said, "No, that was for ALL of us!"
Brenda will be planning all our future Disney trips. Even if you're an experienced mouser, you will love the benefits of having Brenda make your arrangements. You just have to show up and have fun!
