Terri was very helpful and replied to my emails right away and answered any questions I had. I had to cancel our Disney cruise and switch to carnival and she did the calling to get it changed. if I had questions regarding the cruise line she would call for me. I was able to book the cruise early and make payments. We just got back from our cruise and we had a wonderful time. I will definitely use Terri for our next adventure. ??

We had a large group of 17 people, 10 adults and 7 kids. Terri helped everything run so smooth. We had a little trouble on our 7 day advance lightning lane purchase because we had so many and she helped us through it. We were lucky and got everything we wanted. I had a great experience with Terri planning my Disney vacation. We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter which has newly refurbished / refreshed rooms and is a beautiful quiet resort with the friendliest staff and a short walk to transportation, no matter what building you are in. And yes, these are the best beignets on property! Disney remains very popular, and we absolutely had crowds, but knowing we had a beautiful resort to spend time at, along with Terri assisting to set things like dining reservations, using genie plus and anything else that I had questions on, made our trip to Disney enjoyable. I would recommend her to those I know and love. I will use her again in the future.

Very easy to talk to and answered all questions without any problems. Never pushy or persuasive just honest and helpful with trying to weigh pros/cons to make it reasonable and exactly what we wanted! Extremely happy with her knowledge and our vacation! When calling Terri, I had no idea what to expect because it had been so long since I have traveled. I wanted a great Spring Break experience for my daughters and I since this was our first vacation together. I was on a tight budget and thought the only option would be a beach trip for a few days...once she found out what my budget was, she mentioned Disney. Even though our family had been to both Disney and Universal several times before, much has changed. It was great to have Terri help navigate all the details in planning for our vacation. I could email or call at any hour of the day and she would respond quickly and with a cheerful attitude.

I called Terri at the very last minute- the night before we departed. She arranged transportation, accommodations and park tickets for us with substantial savings. We stayed at a beautiful resort and had early access to the park. Terri is the best!!! If you want an agent who will be there for every step of planning a great vacation Terri is your girl! I am a terrible planner and I usually fly by the seat of my pants but Terri was there to help me plan daily and even wrote out an intineray for me. I've booked 3 trips with Terri so far, and she is the only person I would call to help me book my vacations. When I was planning my trip to Disney World for December I didn't hesitate to contact Terri who had helped me with my last trip.I wasn't sure where I wanted to stay and Terri got me the best rate possible, getting me quotes from multiple resorts. She was in contact with me quite a bit, sending me reminders when it was time to pick my FastPass selections and make my dinner reservations. She was always available for any questions that I had. All in all it was seamless planning and I could not have been any happier with Terri!

My wife and I have cruised several times. We decided to take our kids on a Disney Cruise. I initially booked the Disney Cruise myself but turned it over to Terri. I was referred by a friend and from the start I could tell Terri was very responsive. She responded to my emails within a few hours even over the weekend. She has great knowledge about Disney and gave us great input and suggestions. If she didn't know the answer, she researched it and looked it up. You can certainly book and manage it on your own, but its nice to have an insider guiding you and making suggestions. If you're going to spend the money on a Disney Cruise, I would highly recommend Terri.
