My love of all things travel began when I was a young 3 years old and was taken on my first cruise to Bermuda from New York City. Since then I have been on 40+ cruises with more than 250 days onboard! I have travelled on most of the major cruise lines, and have completed training and tours for many others.
Although cruise planning is my specialty, I also am very knowledgeable in planning theme park vacations, all-inclusive stays throughout the Caribbean and Mexico, as well as tours in Europe.

Heidi has been amazing in helping us plan our trip to Disney. She made making our reservations hassle free! Her knowledge of the parks has been helpful when making dinning reservations and planning our stay! She was excellent at helping us to get all the deals for the parks! She emails updated and suggestions to help ensure you make the best of your trip! Heidi is easy to reach and responds quickly to emails and calls. I can not say enough about Heidi, not sure where to begin! Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Heidi listened to all of our wants and needs and planned a perfect Disney vacation for our family of 9. She was in touch throughout the whole process always answering any questions I had(and I had a lot) even answering questions when we were away. I have to say everything went 100% as it was planned. It was a trip to remember with fabulous memories of all my grandchildren together. I will be certain to call Heidi again for future vacations.
