I've known Sara years before she started her own agency and she was already excellent on planning vacations. I used to ask her for advice when I (attempted ) to try to plan vacations in the past.. her excellence is even better now than before and she is a top notch agent For Sure!! (EXAMPLE) Our rental car company overcharged us on our rental car.. I DIDN'T have a clue about it . She double checked our plane ticket price, hotel, and car rental.. and noticed that they overcharged us and she went out of her way to make sure that I was reimbursed the full amount!! I will be using her again for future vacations and I highly recommend her for all your vacation needs!!
