Ocean + River Cruises

Sarah is such a hard worker. Every question I had she immediately called the resort and asked them. Our boys are fluent in Spanish and I wanted to take them somewhere that they could immerse in the culture and language. That is literally all I told Sarah. Within a few hours she had 4 different resorts for us to choose from. We went to XCARET in Mexico and were treated like royalty. Sarah booked our dinners and excursions as soon as she was able to (30 days prior to arriving). If she hadn't done that we would not have been able to get a reservation. Sarah gave us a welcome package about 3 weeks prior to us leaving as well. This package literally had everything we needed to have a great trip. I loved the day by day planner as well as the packing list. Super helpful! We will definitely be using Sarah on our next vacation.
