My name is Diane and I grew up with travel wanderlust. 
My mum's side of the family is British, so we would travel to the UK every couple of years. This early travel set me up for a lifetime of adventuring. From family trips at 1+ to solo trips at 17, couple trips, family trips with infants (with and without my partner), cruising, solo backpacking and pilgrimage trips in my 50's and everything in between.

I have currently been to almost 70 countries and territories, and travel minimalist to full blown over-packer!

Best travel experiences:
- Walking the Camino de Santiago (Frances Route, Northern Spain). 6 weeks with 3 changes of clothes in my backpack. This pilgrimage is not for everyone, but it will change your life!
- Thailand, Cambodia , Vietnam and Bali. Backpacking and staying in hostels for the most part - solo, in my 50's (you are never "too old"). Local experiences like nowhere else. Best streetfood I have every experienced! I think I left a piece of my heart in Thailand. 
- Cruising the Panama canal. Starting in Santiago, Clile, cruising up the coast of South America and culminating in a full Panama Canal transit and onwards to Colombia and Florida. Amazing!

-Walking the villages of the Cinque Terre in Italy.
- Scuba diving all over the world (Thailand, Honduras, Mexico, Belize, Sri Lanka, Maldives, etc)
