Heather made our family Christmas trip a gift for everyone. She handed every detail and made the entire experience a true vacation without any stress. Even the resort staff commented on how thorough she was- as she had all requested services preset and covered.

Just returned from a great cruise booed thru Heather Hardaway, she was great. She answered all our questions and concerns expeditiously that prepared us for our wonderful trip.

Heather is super prompt in her replies and seems to have unlimited patience with answering questions. She very detail oriented so I never have to worry about a request/tour/dinner reservation being overlooked while in her care. Heather Hardaway did an exemplary job prganizing and booking this trip for our fishing club members, many of which had never been on a cruise ship. She helped us select an economical, shorter voyage that suited our group very well. Personally, my wife and I thought it might have been our most enjoyable and relaxing cruise ever, and we have been on quite a few cruises. Heather was always responsive to even stupid questions (ours) and helped us a lot to pick the right level of services on the ship. My wife and I aren’t big on the dinners and fancy clothes so we had great suggestions and options. The ship check-in and booking for excursions was seamless and efficient through Heather, who answered every question without smugness or passing the buck. She coached almost everyone individually on how to sign onto the onboard internet package she included in our booking. My wife and I will use her again no problem. I’ll urge the club to use her again.

We stayed 7 days at Sandals royal Curacao and celebrated our anniversary during our stay. Heather was fantastic from the moment we booked to the moment we got back! She secured a free night for our anniversary. Her emails were full of lots of information including packing lists, travel tips, and navigating the airports efficiently and checking on room types. She checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We look forward to using her again for our future bookings. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone who is looking to book travel in the near future!

We had a fabulous time in Alaska. All the transfers, hotels, etc. worked out perfectly. We had a cancellation mid-trip on one of our excursions and Heather came to the rescue to book something on the spot. We have used her many times and she still amazes me.

Heather had recommended the Alaskan cruise to me multiple times and I am so grateful I finally took her advice! Alaska was beautiful and a most amazing experience. Heather helped with booking excursions, hotels and provided guidance for flights. She also provided helpful tips for exploring Vancouver once we returned.

I contacted Heather about taking my boys on a Spring break trip to Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. From the very beginning all the way to the end, she was very attentive, organized, detailed, and efficient. She reminded me of things like making sure our passports were up to date, when payments were due, set up our transportation (and even sent a picture of what our taxi service person would look like), answered any and all questions, and checked in on us during our stay. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to family and friends!

We had the absolute best time at Disney World. This was our second year taking on Disney World (all 4 parks). It was a different trip compared to last year in the sense that we stayed at the Polynesian on the monorail last year and this year we stayed at Fort Wilderness Campground. Last year we had resort days planned and the Polynesian was perfect, but this year we had no downtime for resort days, so the campground was perfect because all we did was sleep there. I can’t wait to plan next years trip back to the happiest place on earth!

Heather booked two amazing condos for us, found a great chef that prepared dinner one night in our condo which was so fun. She also arranged great transportation to and from the airport. I have used her for several trips now and never disappointed.

Heather was so helpful from the beginning - helping me decide on a location for a short Christmas getaway. Then she chose a great Disney property that was super convenient for getting to the parks.
