Adi helped us book a 12 day cruise for 4 (two separate rooms) on Oceania Marina from Iceland to London. He made the entire booking process stress free and also kept his eye on the prices and perks over the 10 months prior to departure and got us amazing upgrades! It was so nice to know that he was looking out for us and not have to worry about constantly checking the Oceania website for deals. Adi also helped us with hotels and transportation on either end of the cruise which was an added benefit. We have already booked a cruise for 8 of us through him for October 2026! Thank you Adi!

I contacted Adi via WhatsApp, and he replied very quickly. He helped me choose the cruise ship that best fit our family’s needs (we are a family of four). We chose Riviera, Oceania.
Adi arranged an excellent deal for us — a great price that included everything, plus onboard credit to use during the cruise. We didn’t have to pay anything extra on the ship!
The whole process was smooth and efficient. Adi explained everything clearly, reminded us about the final payment and check-in times, and made sure everything went perfectly. If I decide to go on another cruise, I will definitely contact Adi again. Highly recommended!

My three sisters and I wanted to take our elderly parents on a four night cruise and Adi suggested Virgin. I was a little hesitant at first but once Adi was able to get us a disabled room with four rooms right next to it, we were all in! Adi rented a scooter for my dad in advance, since he would not have been able to navigate the ship with just his walker. My elderly parents just loved the ship, the shows, the food, the help, the whole package. It never would have occurred to me to consider the cruiseline if not for Adi. The staff on the ship were so helpful with my dad, which enhanced the whole experience.

The most epic trip of our lives!

We got married on Celebrity Silhouette and Adi helped make everything happen and run smoothly. The wedding planning team took over the ceremony package details through the cruise lines. But Adi made sure all our guests were greeted promptly when entering our estate rooms with Champagne and strawberries. He went out of his way to discuss alternatives in case we did not want to pay for reception packages although we ended up paying just for more organization. He helped have our family of 39 sit together in the main dining room on our wedding evening. We couldn't recommend him more!

Incedible travel agent! I met Adi on a cruise and he encouraged me to give him a chance when I went to book my next cruise and that he would give me a good price. Well, the price was so amazing that by the end of the day, I sent him three more clients who I knew wanted to go on the cruise with me, and they all booked and were ecstatic about the deal. Then, two weeks later, I get a call from him that he was watching the prices and was able to sweeten my deal even more. That's customer service! He calls me back right away and I know he really works hard to make his clients happy. We do alot of cruises and he's my new go-to guy.

We are veterans of many cruises, and at our advanced age (80+), it truly means something when we say that we have never experienced such an amazing cruise. The choice of the cruise itself, the services provided, the suites, and everything on board — all were exceptional.
All of this is thanks to our agent, Adi Fogel, who has long since become a friend and our go-to person for any issue, even the smallest. Everything went through him, and he always knew how to guide us and solve every matter in the best possible way, including coordinating with the ship’s crew.

Our trip was last minute considering it was a 9 day cruise. We contacted Adi and we couldn’t have done a better job in our on. He was exceptional and super professional. Made sure to get us everything we asked for and then some. To the point that he answered his phone a few times while out of country. While on our trip he checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Last minute we asked him to switch out return flight home and he literally pull a rabbit.. out if you know! ??
