She made everything easy and stress-free, and her recommendations were excellent. My mom and I had a great time on our cruise, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Galápagos Islands

This is the second trip we have used Ellen to book and wanted to give her a preliminary shoutout for all the research she did and for notifying us when there was a price drop in our flights, even though she was out of the country herself and in a different time zone. I was able to upgrade all my flights and add a flight out of my hometown instead of leaving from ATL and still saved money!
