Lacey helped us in planning our first stay at a Universal resort and experience with a western Caribbean cruise. She was involved in every detail and answered lots of questions from newbies. Her expertise got us on rides at the park early in the day, that we otherwise would have missed due to long waits. She arranged shuttle trips to the resort and to Port Canaveral and then back to the airport after the cruise. We felt safe and there were no concerns. The cruise type recommended, ship, ports and even the excursions were perfect for first-time cruisers. Lacey helped us have an unforgettable trip of a lifetime and we can’t wait to go to another destination with her help.

Lacey at LovetheMouse Travel put together this trip for 30-plus folks from our church, and produced a wonderful, memorable experience for all of us. The different families had a variety of wants and needs that she fielded perfectly. Some went to Orlando Park venues before the cruise, some flew down, and all things were arranged beautifully. We all had a blast on the cruise, courtesy of Royal Caribbean, and are looking forward to another one soon as we can do it!! Five Stars!!!
