I reached out to Denise Ambrusko-Maida to book my family trip to Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana for July 2018. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. Denise was efficient, expedient, enthusiastic, and most of all patient in handling all of my family’s needs. Denise was thorough in everything she did. She verbally told me, emailed me, and mailed me everything we needed for our trip.
Fast forward to the trip. When we arrived at Nickelodeon, there was an issue with making reservations for dinner. I called Denise and without hesitation, we were booked in one of the restaurants and treated like VIPs while there.
I can’t thank Denise enough for all that she did to make my family trip unforgettable. Anytime anyone is planning any type of vacation, you would be wise in contacting Denise to handle all your travel needs.

This was our first time using a travel agent. I have always booked myself on travel websites thinking it was cheaper and easier. After our first trip with Denise, we clearly saw that I've been doing it wrong for years! She was more affordable than anything I could find myself, and her knowledge of anywhere we are traveling is better than even google. On the last day of our trip, Hurricane Henri caused our flights to be cancelled. We woke up to a message from Denise that she was on it and got us out of NYC the next day and even rebooked our room at the hotel for us. It would have really changed the tone of our trip had we woken up and had to do it all ourselves without any industry knowledge. With Denise on it, we continued our trip and had another great day. We are using Denise again for a trip to Aruba in October!

I found Denise while on a vacation without the kids. she posted about Disney (isn't it every parents dream to take the kids to Disney?!). I had to inquire and almost exactly 365 days later from our initial contact- we were on a ship!
Denise helped us make the decision of the cruise vs parks. we couldn't be happier with our decision. our ports were so beautiful and we had a perfect family vacation.

Traveling with kids is definitely not easy. Denise made our experience so enjoyable and we were actually able to relax and have fun. Our kids had an amazing time. We can't wait for the next trip.

This trip was amazing and there were a few hiccups prior to trip but seems it was on Ama Waterways side not Denise's end. Ensure you keep in touch with travel agent asap if any documents don't appear timely in apps or email. She can get them. Ask early about sites you want to see or visit as tickets can be limited if you don't start looking early. The travel agent portal was nice to pay off trip.I'm advance at your leisure. Denise has much knowledge about trips so she answers all questions quickly. We will use her again for future trips or for advice as it makes things so much easier to work with her!
