Honeymoon & Adults-Only All-Inclusive Travel Agent

This guy is a novel of knowledge. Kept us updated throughout our entire booking process, and answered SO MUCH. Thank you!

We just returned from the most amazing vacation at Disney World, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Caballeros Vacations for making it all possible. They took care of every detail from start to finish, and made sure everything was seamless and stress-free. The team at Caballeros Vacations were extremely knowledgeable about all things Disney World, and helped us plan the perfect itinerary and even helped grab us some great dining reservations!

Mike was CRUCIAL in getting our first Disney World vacation planned out! From teaching us how to use the Disney app, to Genie+ guidance, dining reservations, and overall tips and tricks - he really took care of all the hard work in our trip! We had an absolutely magical time at Disney World and can’t wait to go back!

Oh, it was truly a wonderful experience working with Mike. It was so simple and easy. I just told him where I wanted to go, and when he took care of the rest. I had no worries the entire trip. We flew on JetBlue both ways, and stayed in wonderful accommodations only 20 minutes from the park. Caballeros Vacation sent us a gorgeous, visual itinerary graphic of the parks and the restaurants during our stay, which is extremely helpful for me as a visual person. Lana and Mike were more than helpful and recommending which food to try and which rides to go on. We waited in zero lines, and truly felt like a VIP experience at Disney World. All thanks to Mike and Lana at Caballeros vacations.

I fully recommend using Caballeros Vacations! They worked diligently to book a beautiful trip for us. Michael is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I’m usually an anxious traveler but was able to relax knowing the big things were taken care of. Thank you Michael!! *I’ve used other agents before and will never go back after working with Michael. Don’t hesitate, book with him. Trip: 8 nights 9 days to Cancun. Resort: Hyatt Vivid Grand Island

Highly highly recommend Michael! He helped us book our destination wedding, he was flexible, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted and found us resorts that worked with our vision and budget. He was so responsive and answered any question we had. He made planning our trip 1000x easier & we will absolutely use him again for any big travel plans we need!

Mike was extremely reponsive, helpful and honest in answering all of my questions while I was traveling my trip to Cancun!

Best 40th birthday I couldve had. Thank you so much for dealing with everything. All the little details. It meant so much and everyone had an amazing time. The team at Iberostar was also wonderful. Thank you guys!

Every year he helps get my entire family sorted for our Disney World vacation! Wouldn’t know what to do without all his help! He plans our days, reserves parks, links up our hotel stays and all! Full of Disney knowledge!!

We recently traveled to Cancun with Caballeros Vacations, and I must say, it was a trip we'll never forget. Our stay at Iberostar Grand resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the stunning beachfront location to the exquisite dining options and top-notch amenities, every aspect of our vacation exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Caballeros Vacations for your next Cancun adventure. They went above and beyond to make our trip an unforgettable experience.

Saved our vacation! Our resort had a fire during our last trip, and Mike was there every step of the way getting us transferred to a new resort and saving the last few days of our vacation. We were so thankful to have him working for us, while many others were stuck in limbo with their trips.

Caballeros Vacations Has been nothing short of amazing to work with Prices , customer service, and knowledge of so many resorts was a great perk!! I have recommended them to family and friends and I will continue to use them as my preferred Travel Agent. They go above and beyond in so many aspects and we can’t thank them enough!

This was my first time using a travel agent, and I have no regrets. Micheal was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to my inquiries no matter how minor. He also included private transfers to and from the airport. At one point during my stay I realized the transfer company failed to put my luggage strap back on my luggage after they separated them to load into the van. I sent a message explaining the situation, and Michael was on it. He contacted the company several times trying to get a resolution. He also followed up after the trip to make sure everything went well and offered to follow up on a couple of small issues we had at the resort. The best part was that he requests that his clients don’t get bothered with the time share pitch. I read multiple reviews of people saying they experienced several overpowering sales pitches, but I was never approached, not once! I felt like he really cared about my experience. I will be using him again!

Michael made the entire process seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Everything was transparent with no hidden fees, upfront pricing, and the booking included a refundable rate for any second thoughts or if rates dropped. Michael's knowledge of Cancun was unmatched. He was able to explain the differences between various areas and resorts, including details and features that are too niche to find from a simple Google search. He stayed in contact throughout the process and was available during my stay at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres whenever I had questions. Also, both of us being from New York was a plus as he tempered expectations that I tend to carry over to other countries which are only the norm in a fast paced environment like New York. The booking also included roundtrip airport transportation through Lomas Travel, which was valuable. We were even upgraded for our return trip to the airport and rode in a Navigator from their luxury collection. Got me feeling like a celebrity! Overall, what started as a curious quote inquiry exceeded my expectations and makes my future vacations a lot easier. I'm actually already working with Michael again on some planning for next year's group trip. Highly recommend Caballeros Vacations and Michael if you're looking to min max your vacations and get the best option every time.

My husband and I booked with caballeros vacations about 1.5 months before our trip. His fast responses and patience with my endless questions helped me know that we were making the right choice with the resort we chose for our vacation. Our trip went off without a hitch, the transportation was seamless. We will absolutely use this service again for our future vacations! We stayed at Impressions Isla Mujeres. We had been looking at this resort for over a year but struggled with committing because it Was quite pricey. Caballeros Vacations helped us get the lowest price we could find ANYWHERE for our trip making this dreamy spot possible for us to go to. Thank you for your amazing service!

Mike was tremendous from start to finish. Proactive and responsive. An absolute pleasure to work with!

Michael was a great help in the planning and execution of our vacation! We had never been to Cancun and his expertise of the resorts led us to our final destination. I would definitely use him again! THANK YOU!

Caballeros Vacations Has been nothing short of amazing to work with Prices , customer service, and knowledge of so many resorts was a great perk!! We just returned from our trip to Secrets Maroma. This was the second time we have booked through Caballeros Vacations. Michael was able to get us a great deal and we had an amazing vacation. He is extremely responsive and easy to work with. He also has extensive experience in the travel industry. We will refer our family and friends without hesitation and continue to book with him in the future.

Top notch service from start to finish! We had a situation where our resort did not open on time and we were blessed to have Caballeros take care of everything for us. Would have been so much more stressful without their help. Five Stars!

Michael at Caballeros Vacations recommended a resort that was perfect for our family reunion of 33 people ranging in age from 2-74. Every member of the group had one of the best vacations of their lives. His communication and planning over the months prior to the trip was flawless. Every detail was clearly sent to us via email, and he was responsive to our many questions. Michael will be my go-to travel agent for any future vacation plans.

We had an incredible experience booking our vacation with Caballeros Vacations! Our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was absolutely wonderful. From the start, the private transportation they arranged was seamless and extremely comfortable — a perfect way to begin and end the trip. A huge thank you to Michael, who made the entire booking process so easy and stress-free. He was able to secure us an amazing deal on an Oceanfront Master Suite, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. We will definitely be booking all of our future trips with Caballeros Vacations. Highly recommend!

Great experience booking with Caballeros Vacation for our trip to Playa Mujeres. They were so easy to communicate with. I was undecided on which resort I wanted to visit and was given great recommendations by Michael based on my ideal vacation and resort type preferences. It was clear he was super knowledgeable about the different resorts in the area . We visited SLS Playa Mujeres and it was fabulous all around. Michael was quick to answer any questions I had on the booking process, resort preferences, billing etc. I wouldn't hesitate to use Caballeros again.

We just came back from an awesome family trip to Mexico. Mike set everything up. We had private transportation (there was even a surprise gift for my son waiting in the SUV), room accommodations were perfect, even got to go on a last minute excursion. All because of the team. Excellent communication throughout. Definitely will be traveling with Caballeros soon.

Mike was the best with helping plan my wife’s birthday trip, getting the group sorted, getting the transfer setup, and narrowing down an awesome resort for us! Loved every minute of it. Thank you!

Oh boy. It’s hard to put this all into words. What started with just a Disney trip has grown into several cruises, a few Mexico trips, and several more Disney trips over the years. Mike & Lana really know so much. Local restaurants to visit, amazing excursions, and SO MUCH DISNEY! So glad we met them!

Knocked its out the park! We loved our stay at Iberostar Grand Paraiso. Everything was amazing - thank you so much for recommending it to us.

Amazing recommendations for our group trip for my 35th birthday! Mike is so full of knowledge and facts when it comes to Mexico! We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with. So glad we found him!
