Vacations Planned Right: Resorts, Cruises, Parks

Mike at Coral Level at Iberostar Selection Bavaro

Vacations planned right means planned by someone who has been there. Since 2011 I have personally stayed at 115+ resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean, sailed the ships I sell, and walked Disney World and Universal Orlando more than 30 times as an annual passholder. Every trip I plan starts from that, not from a brochure.

All-inclusive resorts are the biggest part of my work: Cancún, the Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, and Aruba, around 350 travelers a year to the Cancún coast alone. Not all of it is all-inclusive.

In Aruba and Costa Rica most of what I plan is luxury and boutique resorts and villas, often a beach week plus a jungle week at Tabacón, and on the Riviera Maya I book the luxury properties at Mayakoba and Maroma alongside the Secrets and the Iberostars.

Cruises are a full practice of their own: I am CLIA accredited, a Virgin Voyages Gold Certified First Mate, and Alaska certified.

And because our family lives at the parks too, I plan Disney World and Universal Orlando for families and for adults traveling without kids, as a Preferred Universal Orlando Travel Agency and a Graduate of Disney's College of Knowledge.

Planned right also means the details are handled before you land. Every all-inclusive booking through me includes private roundtrip airport transfers, and in Cancún my local staff are a text away while you travel. You get honest opinions about all of it, including the ones I would skip, and you pay the same price or less than booking online, because the resort, cruise line, or park pays me.

Iberostar named me a Top Star Agent, its award for the top-producing agents in North America, and I hold Hyatt Privé status, which is where the room upgrades and resort credits come from when they are available. Send me your dates and tell me who is going, and I will tell you where I would go.
