Kris responds immediately to every request. 100% service!

Kris is very courteous, organized, and professional.

Kris makes the travel planning process easy. She is able to sort out complex logistical issues and provide confidence that the trip will go off without a hitch. She is also very responsive to questions and doesn't waste your time. She is highly efficient. This trip required a lot of detailed planning because of 2 years of COVID delays, including coordinating with our friends who traveled with us.

Every detail was perfect, we had a wonderful experience every day with great tour guides and venues!

Kris, you are fabulous! We had a fantastic time on our trip. We were blown away by the tours and guides. Everyone was so kind and personable and knowledgeable. We felt very taken care of. The hotels were great, and we loved the prosecco. The drivers were fantastic too! It’s such a gift to have rides especially in the heat. Everything was so well organized and professional. I don’t think I can travel any other way. You spoiled us in the best way possible. Even with a minor hiccup, you and the team didn’t skip a beat, even reimbursing us for that minor hiccup. That meant a lot to us. It’s been a gift to be able to travel with and enjoy a such a beautiful trip with family. You helped us create priceless memories. Thank you again!

Kris Murphy helped us plan our British Isle trip of a lifetime. She was very helpful in making sure all arrangements were made to make our trip run smooth. Would definitely recommend Kris to others to help with their travel and plan to use her again in the future.

Kris set up an amazing trip for our anniversary/honeymoon. She is fast to respond to emails and knowledge and friendly. Our trip was a perfect mix of relaxation and sight seeing. Hotels were great.

We are very inexperienced travelers so turned to Kris Murphy to help us with our travel arrangements. She proved to be invaluable on multiple fronts. She guided us through the process of booking the arrangements for our river cruise. We didn’t have to worry about anything with her advice and efforts. We knew we could call on her at any time we needed anything. We highly recommend her as a valuable travel advisor!

An amazing trip for the whole family! Kris helped make this journey one of our most memorable experiences!

Kris was super helpful with putting this trip together and finding tour operators that worked within our budget. She was very accessible when I had last minute questions issues. I’ll definitely use her again!

Every thing went smoothly

This was our first time working with Kris to set up our trip to Aruba, and we could not have been more pleased. Kris was incredibly thorough through the entire process and did an amazing job going over all the details on what to expect from the time we left Detroit until we got to our resort. We cannot wait to work with Kris again to book another trip to Paradise!

Kris is the agent you hope for! She is diligent and detail oriented. 10/10 recommend you work with Kris.. already thinking about my next trip thanks to her.

Kris was very easy to work with. Understood all my worries and concerns and helped me feel comfortable.

Kris was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my very many questions and helped me plan the logistics of our entire trip. I was so excited to surprise my husband with a trip to Iceland, but I have a very difficult time with managing details. Kris helped me with all of that and made me look like a logistical rockstar. The trip went off without a hitch and I am so happy. I absolutely would recommend Kris to anyone looking to work with a fantastic travel agent. She answered questions I had and was even available while I was IN Iceland when I had a question. She helped me find great restaurants, a great hotel and booked all the reservations for me. I was able to enjoy this trip because of all her hard work to prepare me for it. She went above and beyond for me. I have already told multiple friends and family members about her and her.

Kris was wonderful in planning a trip to Italy for my daughter and I. We knew we wanted to go to Italy and couldn’t decide on Which cities to visit. It’s a tough decision when you want to see it all. Kris found us the best small tour that hit all of the buttons. She listened carefully to what we envisioned and captured the right tour for us. She is a pleasure to work with and very patient. Great experience with Kris!

Excellent advice and flexible on our travel changes

Kris is the best! I have never worked with a travel agent whose knowledge and expertise were as comprehensive as Kris’s. I asked her to search through tour companies for a tour that would match my interests and timeframe and she came up with a great tour through Globus. Kris interfaced with Globus to answer all my questions, including personal concerns like dietary restrictions. From tour booking to flight booking to extension days for the trip, Kris did it all. And when I left my itinerary with family, I also left Kris’s contact details knowing that if they had a concern while I was away she would do her best to help. Kris is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.

From the beginning stages of planning our trip until the end we were confident that Kris had covered every detail to make our trip stress free.

Kris is not only kind but super patient. She made sure all of our questions were answered, and had great suggestions as well.

Kris is very pleasant and easy to work with. She responds promptly and always looks out for her clients best interests.

We have always had a great experience working with Kris. She always answers our questions promptly and has even gotten in touch when she was on vacation!

Kris helped us to book several cruises and was very helpful. During the COVID problem, she helped us book cruises we wanted, but then very helpfully cancelled them for us when the cruise line threw too much at us.

Kris has been an excellent source of information during my travel experiences.

We have worked with Kris for many years. In our first adventure she smoothly coordinated a land and Ocean Alaskan trip for 6 from 3 different States.

Wonderful to work with when we planned a few trips using her expertise. Kris had great suggestions. Made our planning and details stree free.

We have worked with Kris on several occasions over the last few years on different types of cruise vacations (Alaska, Pacific Northwest, European river cruise, Caribbean. She has always responded quickly and answered our questions thoroughly. There even was a time when she was able to match a perk offered by another organization. She was interested in our feedback after we got back from a trip on a cruise line she had not had any personal experience.

Very helpful and patient and kind and friendly and caring.

Kris is the BEST!! I have worked with her for MANY years!!

She's the best!

Kris was a pleasure to work with she was responsive to our requests and provided great information.

Our last trip organized with Kris was to the British Open Golf Tournament in St. Andrew's, Scotland last year, It also included a tour of the Scottish Highlands and western coast. It was amazing!! Kris worked hard to find hotels, transportation and developed an itinerary that fit our needs, interests and budget! Kris calls on resources and information sources she has developed over many years in the travel business. She unearthed multiple options for places to stay in the larger cities and small towns we wanted to stay in all over the country. Kris is always thorough, tenacious and conscientious in how she serves her clients!
