Working with Heather was hands down one of the best decisions we made for this trip. From the start, she made planning feel easy, personalized, and actually fun—which is no small feat when coordinating a family vacation with kids and high expectations. We had a pretty specific vision: something elevated but still family-friendly, a mix of relaxation and adventure, and absolutely no logistical headaches. Heather delivered on every single front. Our resort was stunning, the excursions were perfectly chosen, and every detail—from transportation to timing—was seamless. Our drivers were prompt, kind, and knowledgeable, which made a huge difference in how relaxed we felt the entire trip. And then… real life happened. We hit a small snag getting to our bioluminescence tour one evening. I reached out to Heather while she was on her own trip (because of course I did ??), and she responded immediately with exactly what we needed. Not only that, she followed up afterward to make sure everything was fully squared away. That level of attentiveness and care is rare. Also worth noting—this same trip included me agreeing to let my family swim in the ocean… at night… during a new moon… with glowing plankton and zero visibility. A true “personal growth” moment for this mom ?? When I told Heather what we had done, she said she was so glad we were willing to step outside our comfort zones—and she was right. It ended up being one of the most magical experiences of our lives. What truly sets Heather apart is that she’s not just incredibly good at what she does—she’s also someone you genuinely enjoy working with. She’s thoughtful, detail-oriented, and brings a sense of humor that makes the entire experience even better. This trip gave our family memories we’ll talk about for years, and Heather played a huge role in making that happen. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your trip like it actually matters—she’s your person.

Heather was incredibly knowledgeable about Disney, kept us on task to make sure we were able to book the dining reservations we wanted as well as ensuring we were able to purchase tickets to the Mickey’s not so scary Halloween party.
