LOVED working with Lindsay! Top down, Lindsay planned the most incredible trip through the British Isles for us. Loved all of our hotels, all of our guides were top notch, and our itinerary, while jam-packed, was easy and well-paced.

I never used a travel agent before, but during the pandemic, I had a lot of people recommend that I do. Working with Lindsay at Travel Leaders 365 was the best choice I could have made for this trip. Our airline cancelled our first flight, causing us to miss our connecting flight to the UK. Lindsay knew about the cancellation before we had even been notified by the airline, and was already hard at work fixing it. The people around us were sitting around, agonizing waiting to find out about how the airline was going to fix their flights, and there we were, it was all taken care of. The rest of the trip went beautifully - there was a special gift and surprises waiting for us each day when we got back to the hotel, and we've never been happier with a vacation. Can't wait to plan again with Lindsay.
