My love affair with travel began in 1978, and after nearly five decades in this industry, I can honestly say the excitement of planning the perfect journey has never dimmed. What started as a passion became a career, and in 2005, I took that commitment to the next level by joining The Cruise Store as President and primary owner. Every single day, I get to do what I love most — helping people experience the world. 

Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively, taking more than 100 cruises myself — ocean and river alike. From the breathtaking glaciers of Alaska to the sun-drenched shores of the Caribbean, from the romantic waterways of Europe's great rivers to the timeless beauty of the Mediterranean, I have experienced these destinations firsthand. I don't just sell travel — I live it. When I recommend a sailing, a shore excursion, or a cabin category, it comes from real, personal experience aboard those very ships.

River cruising holds a particularly special place in my heart. There is something uniquely intimate about gliding through the heart of Europe, waking up each morning in a new village or city, and stepping directly off the ship into centuries of history. I have guided countless clients to discover this style of travel and watching them fall in love with it the way I did never gets old. 

Group travel is truly where my passion and expertise come together. Over my career, I have hosted more than 30 groups on both land and sea — many of my cruise groups exceeding 100 guests. Coordinating a large group is equal parts logistics, creativity, and personal touch, and I take enormous pride in making every guest feel as though the trip was designed just for them. Whether it's a milestone anniversary celebration at sea or a multi-generational family reunion sailing the Caribbean, I thrive on bringing people together through shared experiences.

Beyond the ships, I have created custom land vacations that I am especially proud of. And, I have personally designed and hosted group journeys to Ireland and Italy — crafting itineraries that go beyond the tourist trail to uncover authentic moments, hidden gems, and the kind of memories that last a lifetime. Ireland's rugged coastlines,  and Italy's incomparable food, art, and culture are destinations I love sharing with my clients. 

What matters most to me, above everything else, is the relationship I build with each and every traveler I work with.
