Hello! I’m Maureen, a travel agent with ET Family Travel, based in Long Island, NY. ET Family Travel, founded by Ellen and Tori, has over 400 agents nationwide. Every agent receives specialized training with Disney and Universal Studios, then branches out into other areas they’re excited about.

My passion is travel, and I’ve found my niche in cruises, European expeditions, and Sandals resorts in the Caribbean—though I’m not limited to those. I've been an avid scuba diver for over 17 years and am also an assistant scuba instructor. I love helping fellow divers explore underwater worlds in exotic locations. My dives have taken me across the globe, including the Seychelles, Fiji, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Mexico, the U.S., and even Canada’s lakes!

I became a travel agent in 2020 after relocating to Southwest Florida from Maryland. I’ve always loved to travel and I decided it was time to fulfill my dream of becoming a travel agent. Although the timing wasn’t ideal due to the global pandemic, I used that period to focus on extensive training. I’ve trained with most major cruise lines and several smaller ones, equipping myself to assist all types of travelers—from the adventurous to the luxurious. I’ve also worked with major hotel chains worldwide and become familiar with different countries across the globe. Additionally, I’m a certified Sandals and Beaches Specialist and have experience coordinating destination weddings in the Caribbean.

In 2023, I was ET Family Travel’s top producer for group travel. I love organizing large group trips, including family reunions and company incentive trips. I was also the agency’s #1 agent for Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises, and Virgin Voyages, and I expect to maintain or surpass those standings this year.I am also thrilled to help retirees plan the bucket-list trips they’ve postponed, guiding families through magical theme park vacations, and assisting anyone in planning unforgettable cruises.
